It was my first time going to the doctor in a long while. I never had any good experiences going to the doctor or being at one. But being in this clinic everyone was nice including Fanny she was amazing and explained everything to where I could understand it. She was so sweet and made me feel more comfortable. The doctor was nice and listened I felt heard for the first time. Everything was affordable especially since I paid out of pocket. I loved it!!!

Fanny was amazing she was beyond helpful and gave me guidance on questions I had and also gave a very welcoming attitude I rly appreciate her help.

Today I accompanied my adult daughter for a biopsy, but was unable to escort her into the exam room. Being that it was her first visit, this made her a bit uneasy and I was too. Within minutes of her visit, she texted, “I like them A LOT here!!🥹She has explained EVERYTHING so thoroughly. From the meaning of the diagnosis, to the after care if need be and more. I’m not happy that my journey has been so lengthy, but I’m grateful that in this regard it seems that there are still providers that genuinely have a heart and WANT to help others.” As a mom who will always seek the best for their child, I’m sending a HUGE thank you to Alberto at the front desk, MA’s, nurses, Dr. Cannon and her resident for delivering care with a respectful and warm bedside manner. You delivered an impeccably thorough experience to my daughter. Dr. Cannon even made time between remaining patients, towards the end of the day to answer questions that my daughter didn’t think to ask before the close of her visit. This is because of the male person sitting in the front desk. He is RUDE. Tries to act as if he is helping but is not. VERY unprofessional. Talks about fellow coworkers infront of us patients. Everyone else is great, but you all need to remove him from the 1st contact.

First time in over a decade. Everyone was very nice, welcoming however the Residency student lacks experience (Young Indian girl with light eyes). As an experienced medic who is also in medical school, this student diagnosed me incorrectly, failed to listen to my medical history, failed to look into both ears not just one and consequently ended going with my pcp and was this time diagnosed correctly with the right course of medication. What’s worrisome is that this residency student was “teaching” another student too. Please make sure these students double check their work and call MD when in doubt for correct diagnosis and course of treatment.
