My daughter has been a patient for a few years now. MedCenter TMJ was suggested by our orthodontist and I couldn't be happier with the care that she's received. DR. Pettit and his staff are the epitome of professional. My daughter always comments on how nice the facility is as well the awesome staff. We're also impressed by the level of tech that Dr. Pettit and his staff use. If you or a loved one needs this kind of specialized care, please give them a call. Very highly recommended!! Thanks!!

After visiting so many TMJ doctors in my lifetime, Dr. Pettit is the only doctor who has offered me long term relief. I have one of the more complex cases of TMJ and Dr. Pettit never gave up on me. He saw I was desperate and he kept going until I was better. The typical treatment is 6 months or so, but due to the complexity of my case, he was patient and saw me longer until my symptoms were so much better. I had symptoms of chronic dizziness, jaw pain, headaches, stiff neck/ shoulders/back/jaw, and this is the first time in over a decade that I have no jaw pain, much improved dizziness (it’s like night and day) and can turn my neck with no muscle tightness in my shoulders. In fact, my scans came up better than prior to treatment. My entire quality of life has improved and I am just so grateful. Dr. Pettit is one of the most compassionate doctors I have seen and I am so grateful…it was worth every cent! Also shout out to his amazing staff, I grew to feel quite close to them as they’re all kind and wonderful people. I was actually sad when I was done with my treatment as I will miss going in!

I was a patient of TMJ MedCenter for many years, under the care of Dr Auvenshine. I saw Dr Pettit several times, and was very impressed with him. The only reason I no longer see Dr Pettit is because I moved out if state. Too far to go back as often as I should. My pain was severe, after wearing my bite guard regisouly the pain was almost gone. My treatment required braces as well to correct my bite. Which resolved the issue of the remaining pain. However, I do miss the office staff and Dr Pettit. He was hand picked by Dr Auvenshine, so I know he's good. In my opinion, you can't go wrong seeking care from TMJ MedCenter. I really do miss these guys.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Nathan Pettit at the MedCenter TMJ in Houston. I don't believe I have ever experienced a medical practice that was as friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. After several tests administered by the tech, I met with Dr. Pettit. He took time to explain and show the results of the tests and how they related to my specific issues. He answered all of my questions, and I never felt rushed. When I left, I was comfortable that I understood "my" problems and what the next steps would be. I will recommend Dr. Pettit to friends and family without hesitation.

After years of continuous dental visits with cracked and broken teeth and all the other effects from my extreme teeth clinching and grinding, I finally have a healthy smile and no longer suffer from the effects of bruxism - thanks to Dr. Pettit. Dr Pettit and his team are very kind and make you feel comfortable. Their equipment is all state of the art and my night guard is the most perfect fitting and comfortable I’ve ever worn.
