Brand new clinic, which is a nice change from other old, outdated clinics in the Southbay. Doctors and staff are friendly, professional, and eager to assist with patient needs.

I am Happy to found this clinic im impress with the service they provide me. The receptionist was super helpful i had some question she answer all my question she provide me with a lot resources that I needed it I love her service The nurse and the Dr. 10/10 the nurse its super nice with the kids and the most important the Dr . She answer all my question and concerns.. the service at this office its wonderful 100% recommend

I had a very poor experience at this pediatric clinic. There was a complete lack of clear communication regarding appointments and next steps. The service was disorganized, and staff did not provide proper guidance or support. Parents expect better care and professionalism when it comes to their children, but unfortunately this clinic failed to meet basic standards.

0/10 – Would Not Recommend This clinic has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. No one seems to know what’s going on, and getting a straight answer is nearly impossible. I’ve had to call multiple times to ask the same questions because nothing ever gets resolved the first time. Returning calls is a joke. Everything routes through a central call center where the associates clearly have no real information and can’t actually help. It feels completely disconnected from the clinic itself. While the doctor is fine, the office staff is an absolute mess—disorganized, unhelpful, and all over the place. On top of that, the online patient portal barely works, which only adds to the frustration when you’re trying to manage appointments or information. As first-time parents, this has been especially stressful, and I would not recommend this clinic at all to anyone, especially families who need clear communication and reliable support. Overall, a terrible experience from an administrative standpoint. 0/10 service. Avoid if you can.

This place is wonderful! From Karen to the doctor! She is great she explains everything to you. Answers your questions. Explains the medicine she prescribes. Karen and the nurses are so patient and knowledgeable. Very sweet ladies! Not old and bitter! The office is clean. I’m super glad I changed my girls here! Life changing! Thank you Karen!
