HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Before filing an appeal with my insurance, I sought a second opinion from Dr. Paul Grin after my prior authorization for a planned double jaw surgery was denied. Given my long history of jaw pain and TMJ issues, this was a very important and stressful situation for me. Dr. Grin is an exceptional and thorough physician. He took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns, performed a comprehensive assessment, and clearly explained his findings. His evaluation and detailed report were instrumental in helping me successfully overturn the insurance denial and obtain approval for my surgery. What I especially appreciated was that he also outlined a clear care plan in case the surgery did not move forward, which gave me additional confidence and peace of mind. I highly recommend Dr. Grin for his professionalism, excellent bedside manner, and deep understanding of his patients’ needs.

I had a very complex TMJ issue and Dr. Paul Grin put me at ease immediately with his demeanor, knowledge and prognosis. He is very patient in explaining the issues and answers all questions in layman's terms. He tried a few options to alleviate my pain and ultimately it was determined that a pharmaceutical strategy would be most effective. I'm extremely pleased with the results and can now chew without pain. I highly recommend Dr. Grin's services. His staff is also very friendly and responsive.

Doctor Eric Grin treated me for jaw pain that turned out to be arthritis in the jaw joint. Instead of assuming the cause, he carefully examined me, asked a lot of questions (and listened!) and did a CT scan and X-rays. He made me a very high quality, precise and sturdy mouth guard and provided pain medication and movement exercises for the acute pain. Now I have not had pain or needed any medication for over a year. My husband went to see Dr Paul Grin (same practice) for jaw pain that turned out to be caused by clenching. He is also very pleased with the thorough exam and treatment he received and he now has no pain and needs no medication. The office staff is also really organized, on-time, efficient and friendly. I can’t say enough good things about this practice. Both doctors are wonderful!

Dr. Eric Grin has the best bedside manner I've seen. My daughter and I have seen him several times for her jaw issues. He always listens very carefully and patiently. I really appreciate him asking her what she thinks about various options. Treating a 13-year-old girl respectfully is huge. He doesn't rush treatment and his recommendations were the right ones for her.

Dr. Paul Grin is a Kind, calm, considerate, compassionate, caring, man who efficiently and effectively got a complete history of my situation and did some testing, giving me an initial diagnosis and ordering additional tests. Today he confirmed the diagnosis and increased my medication to make sure I have the best outcomes. I highly recommend him!
