The dermatologist here doctor Khang nguyen is horrible! let me save you guys the copay...all he's gonna tell you to do is change the temperature of your water, to try using dove soap. All while cutting you off & talking over you to prevent questions. He will say " if that doesn't work, then come back and see me" my total appointment time (that took six months to get) was 2 minutes. He was literally rushing me out the door. All he cares about is racking up the $ by having you come back.So he can rack in some more.

Dear Office Manager, I am writing to express my frustration regarding the handling of my recent HPV vaccine appointment and the multiple scheduling and communication issues I experienced. About a month ago, I scheduled an office visit to receive my HPV vaccine and to see a provider if it was needed. During the week of my appointment, I received several confirmation calls, Which I answered to confirm I was able to go to my appointment,but later found out—through a cancellation email—that my appointment had been changed to a nurse visit without my approval or request. When I called to clarify, I was told that seeing a provider wasn’t necessary if I was only Needing to receiving the vaccine, which I understood and agreed to if that made the process go faster. On the day of my appointment, I arrived 30 minutes early as instructed. When the nurse, Tyler Martinez, Came in to my visit he informed me that the refrigerator used to store vaccines was broken and that I would not be able to receive my shot. While I understand that equipment issues can happen, I had taken time off work for this visit and had already been rescheduled multiple times. This information could have easily been commun

I've been trying to get into this clinic since last year. Everytime I called I was told try again. So this year I called in January to try and get to see a doctor ( Emily Lee) that was recommended by my sister who she speaks highly of her and was told try in July. So I called today do to trying to get transferred from a different clinic to see Emily Lee but was immediately told try again. I refused to keep getting pushed away so the receptionist had to speak to advisor first I got into this clinic only not with Emily Lee. Idk why it's so hard to get in with her when it's my care and I should be able to pick the doctor.

I made an appointment in January to be a new patient and the first available appointment for new patients was may 30th. I quickly grab it. I thought this was odd because if I was established they said I could come right in. fast forward yesterday I received a confirmation for my appointment and questionnaire I completed. Hours later I received a voicemail my appointment was canceled and reschedule for October. 10 months after I made an appointment. I was told there was nothing they could do. Not acceptable. In response I did reach out and was told there was nothing they could do besides confirm my appointment in October

I wanted to make a dermatologist appointment and was informed I had to get a primary care appointment first. The resulting phone call lasted 5 minutes (I have the records) and the doctor was very nice but just told me I didn't need the appointment. I got billed for a 30 - 45 minutes new patient consultation. With $233 the most expensive phone call of my life. I called them but the woman was disinterested. Said something about calling me back but never did.
