Don't book an appointment to the walk in clinic. Had an appointment at 2:30 , went 20 mins early, checked in at 2:30 .... I was 6th in line . Waited over 2 hours for my "appointment". It is 1st come 1st serve ... they dint tell you that. U go anytime and just check in ....then wait 2-4 hrs ...u cant leave or u will loose your spot in line . Staff is M.I.A , good luck finding someone at the desk to check you in . It took 15 mins for someone to come from the back to check the person in ahead of me ...then another 20 mins for the guy to come back to check me in ....even though I was physically right behind the person in line before me. The old walk in clinic was easier. The old clinic u made an appointment . The old clinic did not make being seen a RAT RACE . If I could leave negative stars I would .

Great place! Doctors and nurses were very kind, knowledgable, and friendly. Thank you for all that you do!

This is the worst place ever. They use to be fast and friendly. But ever since they stopped the counseling/mental health service. This place just don’t care for the people anymore. I can said that for all of the community care location. Waiting time is ridiculously long for a pediatrician. I won’t be returning. I already have all my children being seen at ARC and they are super friendly and caring. They also provide better access to communication for the deaf opposed to community care where the receptionist say “oh we can’t write on paper back and forth” well then that tells me you’re incompetent for the job after failing to verify an ASL interpreter for the appointment!! Y’all just lost 3 long time patients of the community care clinic.

This clinic uses a call center and it is almost impossible to get through to the actual clinic. The records don't show correctly and I've spent hours on hold just trying to get a prescription refill because of this. After fighting with them for 2 weeks, trying to get in touch with the doctor, they tell me the doctor actually replied but no one else noticed. I had spoken with 5 other people and no one saw the reply. The reply said I needed to come in before I could get a refill but of course there are no appointments available for another month. To top it all off, I actually did see the doctor recently but their records aren't showing it so now I have to come in again. I wish I could give less than 1 star, this has been the most ridiculous medical experience of my life.

Dr. Margret Kinney is an amazing doctor; - the staff are all awesome, super loving, and motherly as well- well needed in a doctor's office- very rare these days. Even the phlabotimist are boss- easy stick every time( and I am generally a hard stick- veins roll, bounce, and hide. {I've have had all veins collapse on me before} but they get me on first try with the greatest ease) and friendliness as well as great conversationists <3
