Today we saw Dr. Bobbi Crowder, NP. She was the rudest and most unprofessional doctor I have ever met. First, I told her that last time you told me permethrin 5% cream is available over the counter. We checked H-E-B, Walmart, and other pharmacies, and they all told me that only the 1% permethrin lotion is available over the counter, and it is intended for head lice, not for treating scabies on the body. Despite this, the doctor insisted that the 5% cream is available over the counter. Second, I told her that all my children have been diagnosed with scabies. and asked her to prescribe permethrin 5% cream for me. Instead, she refused and said she would only prescribe ivermectin for itching. I told her that my children provider said If one person in a family has scabies, the entire household should be treated at the same time, even if some family members do not have symptoms yet. Otherwise, the infection can keep spreading back and forth among family members.Then she became very rude, left the exam room, and said, “I’m not giving you the medication. Go see another doctor.” This was the first time I have met such a rude,and unhelpful doctor in my life.

I had to get lab work done here ,Gabby and her friendly staff were professional nice and on point and I was in and out great service, same day at the office, I had appointment my provider was Bobbi Crowder was professional nice as well as Aaron her nurse's assistant, As always you can't forget about the front desk the gentleman name Bashir, young man forgive me if I misspelled your name he's so on point professional nice friendly too, he knows his craft, I spoke with Rebekah today who was so kind and friendly professional nice helpful with the medical language of directing me to the Wright department, I truly apologize if I misspelled your name Janni an nurse return my call for a prescription no sooner I hung up with Rebekah Janni call me back please great service, Now to the staff that I didn't mention don't worry as a team you're all are nice friendly professional in I would recommend you to give this office an opportunity to serve you with your needs again thanks my brother Bashir at the front desk it starts with you if you're not already you'll be a excellent lead supervisor your vibes humble and friendly customer service represent a great experience, trust me I don't know

I am writing this review to help other patients navigate Community Care and to share my experience coordinating care after a stroke, heart failure diagnosis, and worsening kidney disease. Unfortunately, I have experienced several communication and coordination issues. I was scheduled for a medication assistance appointment that was supposed to take place by phone, but I never received a call. When I contacted Community Care, I was told the appointment was supposed to be in person, even though the appointment information clearly stated it would be conducted by phone. As a result, I still did not receive the assistance I needed. I also requested home delivery of my medications because I am currently unable to drive while recovering from my stroke and heart failure. I was told the medication would be delivered, so I remained home all day waiting. By 5:00 PM, I had not received the medication and had not been contacted regarding any delay. I had to call Community Care myself to report the issue. Another concern involved medication changes made during a nephrology consultation. After following the recommended changes, I experienced weight gain, fluid retention, shortness of breath,

This location has been an integral part of Austin for so long it's actually iconic. David Powell and Community care have helped and assisted so many in the LGBQ community that they deserve the highest honors. The staff and providers are exceptional. Bottom line they save lives and make difficult lives better
