Reliable place to visit for your basic medical needs despite your financial status. I have been with this place since 2019 due to My favorite NP being there in the past (Audrey S). Though my insurance covers other famous providers, I wanted to continue with them. Receptionist/Front desk personal veronica is Very professional and Kind each time I visited there. My primary care (PA) Nelly E is great and knowledgeable. She was very concerned about me and attended to my issues with great interest. Place is clean and organised too. Rest of the medical the staff is fairly ok except for some of the lab staff though they are not friendly they do their work as assigned.

The staff here is polite! The facility is clean. My doctor here is very informative and doesn't make me feel like I'm being rushed. I would recommend!

--Update 08/01/2024-- After another call today, I spoke with a more understanding billing person who reviewed my claim and submitted the adjustment. This has provided some relief. It was disappointing that the first billing person insisted the certified coder was correct without offering any additional explanation, as if the coder could not make a mistake—especially when the coder wasn't even present during my appointment. I'm grateful that the owner responded to my review and that I could talk to the right person today. I am updating my review from 1 to 4 stars because they showed they care. Although sending multiple messages through the portal without getting help and leaving messages for a callback without receiving one was frustrating, I'm glad I could connect with someone who could assist me today. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- --Original message-- I visited CommUnityCare William Cannon for my annual exam that I scheduled 6 months ago and to renew a prescription from my former physician, whose office shut down. Doctors, Medical Assistants and front receptionist Veronica are amazing and help you in any way they can. There is a little wait but not to bad and its the typical times you have to wait. However, they do have an older lady checking you in named Esmeralda and she is horrible!!! Cannot believe how someone can work in customer service and treat people the way she does. CC has a vision/mission that they promote themselves for but obviously do not have their workers follow it!! She treats people like crap and will not help you even if she can. She seems to target the people that do not speak english!! I have witnessed her talk rudly to the people and always has a RB face. My husband went in for an appointment and she turned him away for no insurance (understandable) and told him come back when you have insurance. Did nothing to try and problem solve or reschedule it or guide him on what to do to get coverage. Thankfully Mrs. Veronica heard the whole thing and offered to help him apply for the 30 days so that he could be seen and not just be a missed day and time. I have reported multiple times and I am sure I am not the only one that encounters this behavior!!! Nothing gets done!! I

I’ve been here for 2 hours and 30 min. Still waiting to be seen. I’m so furious. I will be speaking to the doc, even though I have a feeling nothing will be resolved. I repeat 2 hours and 30 min and still haven’t been seen. I can hear them laughing and chit chatting outside the room I am waiting in. Very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time.
