I had a very disappointing experience at Prism Health North Texas Dental Clinic today. I arrived for my 9:30 AM appointment and stood at the reception window waiting to be acknowledged. The lights were off behind the reception glass, and two reception staff members appeared to be occupied with their personal phones. I waited several minutes without being greeted or asked if I needed assistance, despite other patients in the waiting area having already been checked in. After I spoke up, I was finally asked if I had an appointment. There was no greeting or apology for the wait. I provided my name and was handed paperwork to complete. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. I was so upset by the way I was treated that I stepped outside briefly to gather my thoughts before returning with the completed paperwork. When I returned, I requested that a manager or the dentist contact me regarding my experience. I expressed my concern that I had been ignored while staff members appeared to be focused on their phones. Instead of acknowledging my concerns, I felt they were dismissed. The staff is super friendly and seem to enjoy the work they do. Scheduling is flexible and I don't wait long between appointments. When I arrive, they are always ready for me before my appointment time. They let me know exactly what they are doing before & during the procedure(s). They let me know what to expect on my next visit as well. I used to hate going to the dentist. Not anymore!!!

The staff is super friendly. The waiting room is super clean, and the customers are super friendly as well. Employees were speed fast and My schedule was only 15 minutes with the dentist. I highly recommend everyone to come to the dentist.

Patient I nava the best dental clinic ever, I am so grateful for the staff and services, and it starts with front desk these ladies work with you, and always are kind to the patients, and huge recognition to my RDA Marissa and the amazing doctor who is the kindest and most caring dentist ever! I was ashamed of my smile, I went through severe depression until my awesome doctor assured me i would be happy with my new smile. No words can be said on a caring, patient, and knowledgeable dentist. There is a waiting list but please know it's worth the wait. I gave testimony at church on how they changed my life! My first time to visit this location just like the Vickery clinic in North Dallas I was pleased with the care that I received. The doctor and his staff were very caring and took the time to explain all my concerns. I will look forward to my future visits at this clinic. Since my first visit I have had the best experience. Dr. Heath is on point with professionalism and making sure that I am comfortable with every procedure that he has performed. I would recommend him to anyone that's needing any Dentistry done if they are in pain or needing any Extended Care done to their dental problems.The staff is always Pleasant and caring every appointment that I have had. I just really appreciate the Prism Healthcare Team Thanks again for all that you do.
