I had a great experience. I’m so grateful for how professional and caring my doctor and her assistants were. The office was so clean and welcoming. Overall it was an amazing experience. I highly recommend. I will be returning for my future dental work! That you so much! God bless!

I am new in the area and friends had recommended this dental office but the front desk is disoriented and every single time has mischarged me more. I have insurance and have talked it out with the office manager prior to my procedure and the charges were verified before my appointment. I don't understand why she always charge me incorrectly every time. They also make you pay $50 to just schedule your appointment. Mine was a cleaning appointment. I have never had to pay a deposit to just schedule an appointment at any of my doctors and dental offices. They said they will refund that money on the day of my appointment. That was in April and I still have not receive the refund. I've called several times for it to be resolved. They emailed me and said the refund was process on their end and I should receive my refund in 5-7 business days. As of now, it has been more than 10 business days with no refund. I called the office and they said they didn't have a card on file, which is not true since the day of my procedure they had me verify the last four digits of my card for the refund and they sent that email that the refund has been process. I had an amazing experience at Oak Cliff Dental Center! Everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and professional from the moment I walked in. The entire team made me feel comfortable and took the time to answer all of my questions. The office is very clean, organized, and modern, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. The dentist was thorough, gentle, and explained everything clearly without making me feel rushed. If you're looking for a dental office that truly cares about providing excellent patient care, I highly recommend Oak Cliff Dental Center. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending them to my friends and family

I absolutely love this practice and Dr. M. Been contemplating getting my teeth aligned and corrected and for the last 12 months, they have been amazing! And what I enjoy are two things: I never have to wait more than 48 hours to see her/if I need to move things around, it’s a quick phone call. #TooEasy. I also LOVE its and “in-and-out” work ethic. Treat me, consult me, and send me on my way!

This team is an absolute delight. I HATE going to the dentist but they perform their work with care, kindness, and intention. Chelley, Brianna, Dr. Q, and Kelsey were all a part of my service team and the care never slipped. The front desk & billing staff is even awesome. Jasmine even made sure to call and confirm my benefits then explained them to me in great detail even when my coverage was not the most advantageous for them. Rochelle was also incredibly thorough in discussing my benefits and how they intersect with my treatment plan. This whole team is great.
