I have always been afraid of dentists and root canals, but Dr. Fitzhugh made the entire experience so comfortable. He did an amazing job, and I didn’t feel a thing! His staff was also incredibly kind and friendly. I spoke to Dr. Nieves as well and he is very polite and informative and thorough!

I recently had a root canal done here, and I wanted to take a moment to share my experience. The endodontist Dr Fitzhugh was INCREDIBLY kind, patient, and understanding throughout the entire procedure. Dental work is extremely stressful and uncomfortable for me, I have severe dental PTSD from previous Drs. but he truly went out of his way to make sure I felt as comfortable as possible. He explained things clearly, checked in frequently to make sure I was doing okay, and approached the entire process with a calm and compassionate demeanor. That level of care made a big difference for me and helped ease a lot of the anxiety that can come with a procedure like this. I did have a slightly different experience with the assistant. Unfortunately, she didn’t come across as very empathetic and at times seemed slightly annoyed, which made the environment feel a bit less supportive than it otherwise could have been. Overall, the endodontist himself provided excellent care, and I’m very grateful for the effort he made to ensure I was comfortable during the procedure. His professionalism and kindness truly stood out.

As a retired dentist and dental school professor with almost 50 years experience I may be uniquely qualified to give Dr. Fitzhugh and his staff a 5 star rating. Because I am from a neighboring state I did not know anyone from this office before arriving. However it didn’t take long to realize that Dr Fitzhugh loves what he does and is extremely good at it. This is also reflected by all of his staff who were warm and accommodating with special appreciation to Gloria. The office uses state of the art technology, the visit was virtually painless and I was seen the same day that I called. If you find yourself needing a root canal or other endodontic treatment it doesn’t get better than this. 5 stars!!

Amazing staff and Dr Nieves did such a great job. They follow up with you and do their best to make you the most comfortable you can be. I have never had a better experience when it comes to work on my teeth. I will recommend them to everyone!

Hands down, one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. I cannot recommend WFWE and Dr. Nieves highly enough! I have very high dental anxiety and also was referred to them for an emergent situation involving a lot of extreme pain. The entire staff was so kind and accommodating, and my procedure was ENTIRELY pain-free. I was able to be seen within a couple of days of my referral. Dr. Nieves and the staff made me feel so at ease and relaxed. And even my recovery was incredibly quick too. Everyone in the entire practice was professional and helpful with every step of the process. If you are in need of an Endodontist for ANY reason, they are the absolute best.
