I had a great experience with this office from start to finish. I was able to get an appointment incredibly quickly, and the staff even helped me get a pre-treatment estimate from my insurance before I scheduled, which gave me peace of mind knowing what to expect financially. I had sent scheduling requests to three different endodontist offices, and this was the only one that actually called me back and took the time to help me through the process. Dr. Melton was incredibly nice and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire procedure. He reminded me that I was in control and that if anything felt uncomfortable or I needed a break, all I had to do was raise my hand. That reassurance made a huge difference, especially when you’re already a little nervous about having a root canal. Michelle, Dr. Melton’s assistant, was wonderful as well. She was very friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions before treatment. The entire experience was professional, welcoming, and much easier than I expected. And the Crumbl cookie at the end was the cherry on top! 🍪 I would absolutely recommend Dr. Melton and his office to anyone needing an endodontist.

Dr Melton and his team are awesome one of the best Dental Clinic in the DFW metroplex he has the best service an awesome staff that is caring kind explains everything you need to know about your procedure and leaves room for Q & A. Everything was awesome from intake to a minimum pain procedure. I highly recommend this dental establishment. I normally don’t do reviews but I had to give this office 10O percent % stars if that existed because of the awesome care and service I received.

Dr. Melton and Zyra took care of my root canal today, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Due to PTSD, dental procedures are extremely difficult for me, and I often experience a great deal of anxiety during dental visits. The team at Texas Roots Endodontics was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, compassionate, and helpful. Dr. Melton and Zyra took the time to explain every step of the procedure in detail before it was done, which helped me feel informed, comfortable, and at ease throughout the process. This was, without a doubt, the best dental experience I have had in my life. Their professionalism, kindness, and patient-centered approach made all the difference. 10 out of 10 — I highly recommend Texas Roots Endodontics!

Dr. Melton, Gretchen, and the entire office were compassionate, professional, and truly exceptional. This was honestly the best experience I have ever had with any medical or dental office. Dr. Melton has an amazing bedside manner, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable and respected throughout the process. Gretchen went truly above and beyond to help me, with amazing communication every step of the way. She is the best. The whole team made a stressful situation so much easier. I cannot say enough good things about this office. 10 stars out of 5!
