This is the most professional, caring dentist I've ever been to. They are very welcoming and the office is very clean. I don't have to wait long to be seen and the Doctor and Dental Assistant do an amazing job. Thank you so much Wesley Dental. I really appreciate you.

They no longer answer the phone.. but Dr Wolchok is great... reception has no consideration for patients. If you call 10 -12 times you may get an answer so that you can communicate with clinic

If you’re a patient who’s fairly healthy and are just looking for a yearly checkup, this clinic is fine and the staff is friendly. However, I have a daily medication, and there has been more than one instance of the clinic not filling my meds for no apparent reason. I have experienced delays in refills that caused me a lot of issues, and I have only been going to this clinic for one year. If you are sick and need tests, expect to wait 2 weeks for an appointment. Christine Tan, who is no longer at this clinic, failed to report issues in my bloodwork panel, resulting in chronic illness until I had to schedule a follow up appointment after getting really sick. I’ve also been given “referrals” to clinics that did not actually have my referral on file, or these other clinics were over an hour away and called me 6 MONTHS after my initial referral. Like I said, if you’re an overall healthy person, this clinic is fine. But if you experience chronic illness, I suggest seeking a different PCP.

Dr. Lauren Wolchok is the BEST doctor! She is kind, considerate, and spends all the time that you need in the exam room or over the phone. She is a skilled professional! I recommended her to my BFF, and she loves her!

If you are looking for a new health center, I would HIGHLY suggest Wesley Health Center in Pasadena. I joined Wesley Health Center a couple of months ago and it has been the best decision of my life. I could write a book on all of the great service I've received from this center. I would like to highlight a few of the team members. Receptionist: Stacey D. I just wanted to thank you so much for being the first person to greet us all. You are so friendly, helpful and kind. You answered all of my questions and you never rushed me or anyone else who walks in the lobby. I love how you go out of your way to protect our privacy and you continue to check in on the patients in the lobby. Thank you so much!! Manager: Heshan W. What I noticed about you right away was, how you are always checking in on patients in the lobby or anyone who walks through the hall. You are incredibly helpful, kind and resourceful. Not only did you help me find a specialist, you also called me to follow up. I've witnessed you jump in to help the front desk staff when it got busy and answered patients questions.
