I really don’t like writing negative reviews but the treatment by the doctors has really left me with no other option. With the exception of one appointment, I’ve had to wait 45 minutes plus to be seen by staff here. Once I’m seen I’m told that they are very behind schedule and run in and out of my appointment. My questions are met with impatience negatively impacting the quality of my care. The “community care” here is held to a very low standard.

Over the past 2-3 years i’ve visited Dr. Yelena Tumasyan so many times for my healthcare needs. I’ve felt close to death out of breathe, had busted knees and a torn achilles. Dr Yelena Tumasyan has always worked diligently to diagnose, treat and refer me to the best healthcare options possible. i highly recommend Dr Yelena Tumasyan and Complete Care Community Health Center. I can’t imagine my life without such an amazing professional healthcare team.

Yelena Tumasyan is treating my 40 year old son who has schizophrenia and a traumatic brain injury, and I highly recommend her. His brain injury was in 2023, and we found Complete Care just this year. The providers he was assigned after his injury never proactively directed his care. Yelena is the only doctor who has taken the time and interest to treat my son's whole person. She listens with patience and compassion. She has gotten him physical therapy, a neurologist that cares, and she actually read his extensive medical records and referred to them during our visit. Her attitude let's him maintain dignity.

New patient. Nursing and phlebotomy providers were excellent. Dr. Feldsher spent less than 3 minutes most of which were ignoring me talking with her staff. It was so rushed I did not get a chance to discuss any of my health concerns. The promised 2 week call back to talk about my blood work results never happened. AVOID.

Dr. Feldsher, as everyone else says (the review speaking positively about her must be fake, it does read as fake), is abysmal. She simply does not care. She does not listen. She lies about what she's said to you. Rude. Condescending. She's in the wrong profession, perhaps she missed her calling as a medieval torturer. Why take a job that you are so incredibly unsuited for? Oh right, money. As others have said, this negative review doesn't reflect upon the nurses. One helped me quite a bit. I got the impression that she must pick up the slack a lot... At least two reviews here complaining about her were written by people who work in medicine, and that was very affirming for me. Because I hadn't gone in to receive medical help for a while, and her unprofessionalism and lack of care were like something out of a dark comedy. Good to know the world hasn't gone crazy
