I have been a patient with Dr. Doung for several years. She is an awesome periodontist. Very knowledgeable. Gives great numbing injections no pain I like that I’m a big chicken when it comes to pain. Front staff is so helpful and friendly. Recommend if you’re having gum problems. Her office is warm and inviting. After any major procedure they check back with you to make sure your doing well I like that. Try them you won’t be disappointed,

Dr. Duong was friendly and knowledgeable about everything on our visit. She did an excellent job and we highly recommend her. Everyone was super helpful & nice! UPDATE! After our final last visit we requested clinical notes about our care and some crucial information needed was left out. We tried getting the factual information what Dr Duong had stated verbally to us about after surgery care. Which she than fabricated that it was not said. Which it was! Make sure you record your visits. For your own documentation…and document everything witness & said on every visit! She might leave some things out that were discussed! We were happy in the beginning but disappointed with her at the end of our follow up. We were told to withhold putting pressure to grafting site which we did until next post op visit. (Straps used from a cpap device) causing restrictions. Unfortunately she doesn’t recall mentioning that to us. But it makes sense why would you apply pressure on the surgery area?? & cause pain. We truly followed post op instructions & now she changed her words. Very deceitful. & not fully honest! Which she denies saying, So now we are dealing with insurance issues with medical assista

Dr. Duong and her staff are just simply the best. She is a very caring and attentive doctor. She is very thorough in her work and has the best hands. If you are looking for a Periodontal dentist to get work done, I highly recommend her office.

No one enjoys going to the dentist, much less a periodontist, but Dr. Duong and her staff have impressed me with their professionalism, candor, and quality of services. They are helping me to address dental issues I had put off for far too long, and giving me a chance to regain my smile.

This office isn’t close to my home, but something told me to give it a try and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, everyone has been incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. The level of care and service my daughter has received is well worth the drive, and I will gladly continue making it. Just had an implant today and so highly grateful for Dr. Duong's professionalism, expertise, and simply being real with the dental situation I face but offering solutions that worked very well. She and her staff were incredibly kind, did all possible to make me comfortable with the procedure, and make sure me and my driver were given post operational instructions and as needed medications. Also let me know ahead of time about price and financing options. I would recommend them to anyone and I'm highly grateful my regular dentist gave me a referral to see Dr. Duong and her staff.

Dr. Duong and her entire office staff provided an exceptional experience for my gum grafting procedure. Each office visit was swift and easy (hardly any waiting time). From the consultation, to the final check-up, I felt well taken care of by her and the team. Her staff is very friendly, communicative and knowledgeable. Dr. Duong also has a great bedside manner. They provided clear transparency when it came to the procedure and billing. Always quick to respond, Dr. Duong was readily available to answer questions or concerns outside of office hours. I'm very glad I chose South Texas Periodontal Associates.
