They are very helpful. I enjoyed talking to them. Very kind. They let you know all that you will feel and go through before and after surgery. It's tough but worth it, so far.

The front desk clerk was so welcoming. Carlos genuinely appreciated us as new customers. The facility was very well organized and clean. The assistant was patient, understanding, friendly and WALKED to us to introduce herself and greeted us with a smile. There was no screaming of our name nor made us feel like we are making them work like some medical offices do in my opinion. Pleanty room for seating however, If I may suggest...to have an area for accessibility or a bench for those with disabilities.

To date I am extremely excited with the process of Nuvia Dental Implant Center systems. Every one of the staff have been so knowledgeable and informative answering all my questions eliminating any concerns and making me feel at ease. I will continue proceeding forward. I am thankful and excited to receive beautiful new teeth eliminating the future dental issues I was facing had I not considered this option. Tomorrow I will scheduled my surgery date and I know I am in good and caring hands with this Team of professionals. Thank you Team Nuvia!

My experience with Nuvia left me with very little confidence in the company. From the initial consultation, I felt there was significant pressure to move forward quickly with treatment and financing before I had adequate time to consider my options or seek additional opinions. Looking back, I wish I had slowed down and done more research before making any decisions. The biggest disappointment has been the company’s communication and transparency. I was promised callbacks that never came, received vague timelines, and repeatedly had to initiate contact myself. When I was told my refund had been processed, I asked for basic information such as the refund amount and confirmation or documentation that it had been submitted. The general manager said he could provide neither, and corporate was unable to provide a confirmation number as well. As a customer, that level of uncertainty is unacceptable. Trust is essential when you’re making major healthcare and financial decisions. Unfortunately, my experience left me questioning whether I was receiving clear, straightforward information at every stage of the process. I came away feeling that closing the sale was prioritized over ensuring

I had my new teeth put in two weeks ago. The people at Nuvia are very friendly and helpful. They will answer all your questions. The surgery took around three hours, and I came out fine. It was moving, I haven't really smiled in years, more like decades. Because of my teeth, Five minutes after I woke up from surgery, I smiled. Took a couple of weeks of recuperation, but when the swelling went down, I had a beautiful smile. It was worth every penny, and I highly recommend them.
