Dr. Diaz and her staff are wonderful. Very helpful and so friendly putting you at ease. Staff are knowledgeable and are on the ball! Dr. Diaz was excellent so nice and explains everything! I was so nervous but they made me feel at home. Definitely recommend!! Debra Gallardo

I had a gum flap procedure and tooth extraction done. Dr. Diaz and her staff were so wonderful, kind, and I felt at ease which is a big deal for me since I have a lot of anxiety around dental care. The experience was 100 times better than anticipated! Very professional and compassionate.

The level of professionalism and knowledge base that Dr. Pamela Ray provides to her patients is exceptional. Dr. Ray is a brilliant leader in her field who provides compassionate patient care. She and her staff (Alba in particular who was involved in my surgery) provided me a level of comfort that assisted reducing my anxiety prior to my procedure. I provide Dr. Ray and her staff the highest recommendations.

I came to Dr. Diaz for gum recession and during the consultation she noticed major issues with an old implant that no other Dentist or Periodontist had ever noticed. I trusted her with her plan to remove the implant at the same time do the gum grafting. The procedure went so well (I was sedated). Minor pain/uncomfortable after and healing was best case scenario. Overall I’m super impressed with Dr. Diaz and her staff are so kind and competent. I also had a cleaning done there and OMG the best hygienist. She got my teeth so clean and explained in detail WHY and how it was important to floss and take care of your teeth. 💯 recommend.

I have been a person who avoided dentists and periodontists for most of my life--until I met Dr. Ray and the staff at Oak Hills. She is one of the most caring, competent medical professionals I've ever dealt with and completely allayed any fears I had. Also a special shout-out to hygienist Cristina Castellanos, who is so gentle, thoughtful and thorough. I'm making great progress to dental health now, and I owe it all to Oak Hills Periodontics. Highly recommended!

I have been a patient at Oak Hills Periodontics for quite some time now, and I truly appreciate the level of care and treatment I’ve consistently received. From day one, I have felt welcomed and supported, and over time it has honestly started to feel like I am being cared for by family rather than just a dental team. The entire staff is exceptional, and I especially want to thank Doctor Pamela Ray, Melia, Wendy, and Lupe for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. They always go above and beyond to make sure I feel comfortable and informed, and they treat every visit with patience and respect. The doctors and team are highly skilled, but what really stands out to me is the way they combine expertise with compassion. I always feel heard, never rushed, and confident that I’m in good hands. I am truly grateful for the ongoing care I’ve received here. It’s rare to find a practice that makes you feel this valued and cared for over the long term, and I sincerely appreciate everything they do.

I had an excellent experience at this dental office from start to finish. The front desk staff was welcoming, efficient, and made the check-in process smooth. I was seen right on time, which I really appreciated. The dental team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit and checked in frequently to ensure I wasn’t experiencing any discomfort. Having had extensive dental work most of my life, this was the first time having a pain-free cleaning. This was the first time ever laying in the chair, daydreaming and forgetting that I was even having dental care. 😁🤣 The office itself was clean, modern, and well-organized, which added to the overall positive experience. It’s clear that patient care and attention to detail are priorities here.
