I want this to be a 5 star review, but I ended up being an edge case so I can’t rate it higher. We had Joseph do our whiting and he had incredible customer service throughout the appointment. He was waiting for us at the front to take us back. The 90 minute appointment included an introduction to the service, talk about your goals, a 1 hour treatment, followed by a mineral treatment and aftercare products. The gel is applied and you sit in a message chair with a light during the treatment with a reapplication half way through. Joseph was attentive as needed during the appointment. I did see pretty significant results and if I could continue I would. I had an extreme reaction, likely because of extremes specific to my teeth. I was not aware of this going in and have never had a reaction like the one I had at the end of the treatment (deep pain in my bone, not like cold sensitivity). Joseph was immediately attentive at the first sign of discomfort and did everything possible to address this. After the appointment we were able to contact him and let him know I would not move forward with more whitening. He was quick to respond and take care of things and also follow up with how was do

First time visit and I loved it, starting from the service, one of the owners, Clayton he was amazing through all the process. I was very pleased with the results and will definitely come back again. I highly recommend this place and will tell my friends.

This is my second time at Pure White Studios and it is my go to business for a quick, easy (1 hr) immediate results whitening studio. For those with sensitive teeth, I have to use Sensodyne toothpaste due to sensitivity in my teeth but I have no issues with their peroxide based gel that does not irritate my gums or teeth. 12/10 recommend and will be going back

Joseph at the Domain was amazing! This was my first professional teeth cleaning and it couldn’t have gone any better. Their team is sanitary, efficient, clear on before/after care instructions, and most of all, so friendly that you will want to book multiple sessions! I have. Their gel lining helps with even the most sensitive of gums, the ambiance music is fabulous, and the massage chair made the session even more comfortable. I highly recommend to anyone considering doing it!

Amazing results! Joseph did a fantastic job with my teeth! I am very pleased with the results, especially this being my first whitening session! Highly recommend!
