I had the absolute best experience at Austin Dental Spa! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so genuine, welcoming, and kind. You immediately feel like you’re being treated like a friend or family member rather than just another patient. Dr. Froehlich was incredibly thorough, honest, and efficient, and I really appreciated the open communication. She took the time to explain all of my options and was very clear about what I actually needed, and what I didn’t need. The entire experience was so comfortable and relaxed that I honestly forgot I was at the dentist! I’m so glad I found Dr. Froehlich who I genuinely trust and actually look forward to seeing. I couldn’t recommend them more!

I used to dread the dentist, but Austin Dental Spa has completely changed that. After putting off treatment for years due to past experiences, my initial consult went so smoothly that I felt comfortable enough to get a same-day cleaning, and have since returned to start on my needed cosmetic work. The entire team is exceptional. Bianca, my dental hygienist, is so encouraging and kind, making me feel so comfortable and understood from day one. Casey, my dental assistant, is truly top notch. Her compassion and attention to detail have given me so much confidence in my smile already, even with more cosmetic work to be done. And Dr. Askari is wonderfully professional and consultative, giving me complete control over my cosmetic decisions without any pressure. I’m so grateful to have found a practice that makes me feel genuinely supported and fear-free.

This is the best experience at a dentist that seems possible. Bianca makes the time pass so quickly and easily. The hand massage was delightful. I no longer dread going to the dentist!

Everyone is SO kind and understanding—and knowledgeable! I am a person with super sensitive teeth and have other problems that affect the dental experience. Dr. Krista and my hygienist Bianca listen to me and accommodate my pain (and fears). And we even have some laughs. They also just go above and beyond—a heated neck pillow, a blanket, a massage. I (almost!) look forward to it. Bianca even came out in the summer heat to help me scour my car trying to find my phone. Amazing.

I had an exceptional experience with Dr. DeCoursin and the entire team at Austin Dental Spa. From the moment I walked in, the office was absolutely immaculate, beautifully designed, and immediately put me at ease. The attention to detail is next level, from the refreshment offerings to the chair massage and warm neck pillows, which made the entire visit feel more like a luxury experience than a dental appointment. The staff was flawless. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in what they do. Dr. DeCoursin is truly an artist. She reshaped my veneers perfectly. The precision and care taken throughout the process exceeded my expectations, and the results speak for themselves. If you are looking for a dentist who combines top-tier clinical expertise with an elevated, client-focused experience, this is it. I would recommend Dr. DeCoursin and her team without hesitation.

Austin Dental Spa is a first class place. Everyone is super nice and super efficient. I feel incredibly lucky to be one of there clients. My teeth get the best care from the most sensitive caring people.

Highly recommend the team at Austin Dental Spa. Cara, my dental hygienist, has terrific soft skills and dab hands. You can just tell she has lots of experience in managing her patients comfort/concerns during dental procedures. Front desk people do a great job at orchestrating scheduling and insurance inquiries. Very seamless experience overall.
