Walk-in referral two weeks ago. Examined by DDS (Dr Rachel Reid) - and scheduled for tooth extraction after I returned from vacation. Call back the next day for some additional information and spoke to a different staff person who knew all about me - just having offered my name. I include that because everyone in the office seemed well informed about me and my appointment. Extraction done yesterday and completed within about one hour. I was fully informed about what was going on the follow up, etc. Dr Reid called me in the evening to check on me and I was happy to report all was proceeding well. Have follow up in two weeks. This was an overall very good experience and I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Over a few visits, I’ve had extractions, bone grafts and implants done. Every visit from staff to Dr Phillips to dental procedures has been exceptional. They explain everything and always want to know if there are any questions or concerns from my side. After the procedures, I even received calls in the late afternoon, early evening, to inquire how I was doing and feeling. Highly recommend Dr Phillips!

I recently had a tooth extraction at Park City Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr Phillips and the staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease. They explained the procedure clearly, which eased the anxiety I had and after the procedure I was given a milkshake, which was a delicious. Then I was given thorough aftercare instructions I highly recommend this office. They are kind and professional.

I was referred to Dr.Phillips by a colleague. She spoke highly about the customer service and professionalism of the staff and Dr.Phillips. Those are two very important characteristics that I look for in my health care. My experience was phenomenal. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Communication before and after my procedure was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from Dr. Phillips on the evening of my procedure. The fact that he called personally was a step above any other dental office experience I have ever had! I was impressed and told several peers and family members. Great customer service is not dead! It is very much alive and well at Park Cities Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates! I highly recommend them for your dental health needs!

The entire staff are so helpful and awesome! Dr. Phillips is a wonderful Dentist who cares about his patients! He followed up to see how I was doing after my procedure that really meant a lot receiving a call from him directly! I felt safe in his chair!
