My 19 year old daughter and I cannot be more amazed at the staff and Dr Arango. My daughter had wisdom teeth extraction in Orange County, CA one month ago and then when she came back to SMU for work week at her sorority she had severe pain and realized it was infected. I got her call at 5am this past Friday CA time and panicked. I was so worried as I was a plane flight away. I called several oral surgeons and many said they couldn't help. Then luckily this beautiful woman Betsy said she could help us and managed to squeeze my daughter in that very morning. They evaluated her and not only did they put her mind at ease but Dr Arango was so nice and calm. He walked her through her options and they together made a decision that she needed to be put under and immediately clean out the infection. It went smoothly and she was so happy! She also has a fear of needles and that was wiped away with the kindness of staff and her Dr. They were all so helpful and so kind and answered this worried mamas questions calmly and with knowledge. It didn’t stop there. When she was leaving to pay they kindly said that she didn’t have to pay anything as a courteous to her OC oral surgeon and all she had

5+ stars! Dr. Arango and his entire staff are incredibly thorough and patient-centered. I needed an extraction and eventually an implant and they took the time to listen to my concerns, explain every step of my treatment, and ensure I felt completely comfortable. They asked the right questions to truly understand my needs and tailor my care. It is rare to find a team that genuinely prioritizes both your health goals and peace of mind. The best thing? Nice nap and no pain! Highly recommend!

I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Andrew Arango and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the consultation through recovery,l Dr. Arango and his entire team were professional, kind and genuinely cared about how I was doing. During my recovery, I had some unexpected pain while I was traveling out of state. I contacted the office and they quickly helped coordinate an antibiotic prescription at a pharmacy where I was staying. That level of care meant a lot to me. I also had some lingering numbness afterward and when I reached out with concerns, they made time to see me - even on a very busy day. Dr. Arango took the time to examine everything carefully, answered my questions, and reassured me that healing takes time. I never felt dismissed and I truly appreciated his patience and honesty. The entire staff has been responsive, compassionate and incredibly helpful throughout the process. If you're looking for an oral surgeon who is skilled, caring and stands behind his patients even after the procedure, I highly recommend Dr. Arango and his team.

I cannot thank Dr. Andrew Arango and his team enough for the exceptional care and outstanding service I received. From the very beginning, they were professional, compassionate, and incredibly informative, taking the time to walk me through every step of the process and answer all of my questions. What meant the most was how they helped calm my nerves before and during the procedure, making me feel comfortable, confident, and well cared for. I had such an amazing experience here! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive.
