Dr. Gliddon and his team were exceptional. The team made my experience a pleasant one. Everyone heals and tolerates pain differently, I had little to no pain after my wisdom teeth extraction and also feel as though I’m completely healed after following post op instructions. I called on on Thursday and had teeth removed on Monday. I’m so glad Paige was able to fit me in the schedule so quickly. I’m glad I made the decision to go with Dr. Gliddon.

Office is extremely friendly and accommodating. Very clean. Excellent surgeon. Very gentle and conservative. Post surgery— little to no pain, minimal bruising and swelling. Staff was also excellent. Clearly explained my treatment plan, what insurance covered, what they didn’t, and the amount due when you make your appt, and the amount due before your surgery date. They sent me home with great after care instructions and followed up with me the day afterwards. I’ve had my tonsils removed, as well as three wisdom teeth and this is the best experience I’ve had!

I could not be more pleased with my experience at Live Oak Dental Surgery. The procedure was quick and painless as the staff were completely focused on my comfort. The extraction site healed completely in one week with NO pain or problems. I highly recommend this dental practice.

All the techs were great and helpful. All intake and outtake instructions were explained thoroughly and completely. I felt comfortable leaving my child in their care. She has come out of the program feeling much better off than beforehand. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking.

The doctor and procedure were fine. But afterwards, there was a problem with the prescriptions they sent in for pain medicine. They let me sit at home in pain for hours when all they had to do was make a single phone call to solve the issue. I see the response from the office, and I do have to say that they are wrong. The delay did have to do with their office. For instance, when I called the office to address the issue, the answering service had NO idea the doctor who performed my procedure even worked there, and thus refused to transfer me to the office or take a message. When I finally got through to the office (over 30 minutes later), I was told that the dental assistant would call me when the issue surrounding the pain medicine was resolved, and she never called me. I waited a long time for a call back before I decided to just deal with the pharmacy itself.
