Great experience from beginning to end and beyond. Very detailed explanation of all options, risks, and pricing. Very friendly and compassionate staff and doctor. The root canal procedure was painless, even with only local anesthesia. The doctor and the staff followed up the next day to see how I was doing. HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone needing endodontics. Super people who treat you with dignity and respect from beginning to end.

Upon arrival I immediately noticed how clean and professional the office looked. I didn’t feel like I was at a bus station. Dr Greer was very thorough and explained everything to me upfront. He even told me about other things I could do instead of a root canal. I felt no pressure. The procedure was painless and he and his staff checked with me regularly to make sure I was comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised when he texted me the next day to check on me. I hope I never need another root canal but if I do I’ll come back to see him.

When I found out I had to have more than 4 root canals done, my heart sank because I didn't think my anxiety would allow it. From the moment I walked in the door at Hearthstone, I was met with warm smiles and genuine accommodating energy. I thought I'd sweat myself off the dental chair for the first procedure, but the gentle, caring voice and hands of Dr. Sakr kept me grounded. The process was pain-free, and I appreciated him talking me through each step. I'm two root canals down and two to go! I would highly recommend Hearthstone to anyone looking for a root canal specialist. With Dr. Sakr and his team, with confidence I can say; you're in great hands!

My visit to Hearthstone was a great experience! After a few years of neglecting my teeth due to dental anxiety, I developed a major cavity that required a root canal. I was referred to Hearthstone by my dentist and I'm glad I was. Dr. Sakr and his team took great care of me and made what I feared would be a painful experience a very comfortable and easy one. The office space is a very clean and relaxing environment, and everyone takes great care of you to ensure your treatment is as easy as possible. I highly recommend Dr. Sakr. I was able to get an appointment the following day first thing in the morning. I went in for a root canal that I have honestly been dreading to treat due to previous specialists that I've seen. Dr. Sakr was very thorough through the entire process. Very minimal pain. If I ever need another root canal done, that is definitely the place to go, which I hope I don't lol. Overall my experience with Dr. Sakr has been one the of best dental experiences I've ever had. From the beginning of getting the x rays done and explaining the entire process of the root canal treatment to the post op check-in in was really nice. The office itself is beautiful, very modern and clean. It has to be the most nicest dental office I've personally seen. The entire staff is so nice and professional. Again, definitely the place to go to for a root canal!

Dr. Sakr was super kind and welcoming. Him and his team of assistants and staff asked me several times if I needed anything and took time to reassure me at the start of the root canal procedure. He made sure I knew that if I needed to, we could take a break, and just to let them know. It was a little chilly, so they gave me a cozy blanket. I felt like they took their time, but were sensitive to my schedule and did a really amazing job.

I had never gotten a root canal before, and so I was pretty nervous. Ive heard horror stories from others even my own family members-- had been having pain for a while, and it wasn’t going away. My dentist ended up referring me to a specialist, Dr. Sakr, who made the whole experience positive and pleasant. He was attuned to my issues right away and from the minute I walked into Hearthstone, I felt cared for and at ease. I had 2 root canals done a couple weeks apart & Dr. Sakr ensured they were both painless and efficient. I was in and out in about an hour and a half and actually enjoyed the spa and luxury mood of the office, calming music, essential oil diffuser & blankets they offer etc. It turned something I was anxious about, into something relaxing. 5 stars for Dr. Sakr and the Hearthstone Team!

Highly recommend Dr. Sakr. I went in for a root canal re-treatment (old root canal from decades ago started failing). Not only I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days, but the entire experience was painless. Dr. Sakr took extra time and care to ensure that my treatment was successful. The post-op care was excellent, he is always available for questions and the medication prescribed for pain and inflammation made the recovery process a lot easier. But my experience with Dr. Sakr did not end with the root canal; when there was confusion with my dentist about the plan to restore my tooth, Dr. Sakr personally called them to clarify. He even went above and beyond to finish the tooth restoration himself when my appointment with the dentist fell through due to an emergency. It is really hard to find someone so professional and dedicated to their patient’s. Last, the entire staff at Hearthstone is friendly and professional, the office is beautiful and the equipment is modern. I hope that I never need another root canal, but if I do, I have no doubt that Dr. Sakr at Hearthstone is the best choice in town!
