Our family was first introduced to this facility by a wonderful woman named Lilit. She took the time to explain the services the facility provides, why she was reaching out, and answered all of our questions in a very informative and educational way. Her kindness and professionalism immediately made us feel comfortable. She invited us to tour the facility, and after seeing everything firsthand, we knew this was the right place for our loved one to receive care. It has been one of the best decisions we’ve made. Everyone here has been so warm, compassionate, and welcoming. The level of care and attention our family member has received has exceeded our expectations. Lilit continues to check in on us regularly, making sure we’re doing well and that all of our needs are being met. Her genuine compassion and dedication have meant so much to our family. We are incredibly grateful to the entire team for making this experience such a positive one. Thank you for treating our loved one with dignity, respect, and exceptional care. We truly appreciate everything you do and highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for outstanding care.

Ive been at this Rehabilitation Center. There Vere Helpful A Kind wonderful and Respectful Staff. The Experience was Peaceful Quite and One of The Best places I have ever been in.🙏🏾🤲🙌🏥 God is Always Good Michael Miller my first Date May 9/2026 Until Discharge. It’s important to recognize that there are still genuinely good people who truly care about the well being of others. My grandmother was recently brought to Fireside, and while the experience has been interesting, I feel compelled to acknowledge Lilit, who has been absolutely wonderful. She is incredibly kind, attentive, and quick to take action when needed. During such a difficult time, it means so much to encounter people who show real compassion. I deeply appreciate the staff and the effort they put into even the smallest gestures, like offering a smile. It brings comfort and reassurance to know that this is a place where people genuinely care and where my grandmother is in good hands.

I had such a great experience at Fireside! The staff were wonderful, and working with Lilit, the Marketing Director, was truly amazing. Thank you for such a positive and enjoyable experience!

My brother and I were very scared to bring our mother to a facility like a SNF. It was our first time experiencing anything like this, and we had a lot of uncertainty. However, we are truly grateful to have such a great team that immediately took on the responsibility of caring for our mother. My brother and I had many questions, and the Marketing Director, Lilit, was able to answer all of them. We are very pleased to say that no matter the time, even if we were unable to get in touch with someone at the facility, she was always there to assist us. So far, the staff has been very kind and accommodating to our needs. We would just like to acknowledge and sincerely appreciate the effort everyone puts into caring for families like ours. Thank you.
