Dr. Koszeghy is exceptional. He did a complicated osseous surgery (including gum stitches) on one of my lower incisors, and I experienced no pain during nor after the procedure. He is kind, gives understandable explanations, follows up to see how you're doing, and gives a discount if you pay by check. The only reason this isn't a 5-star review is that his assistant mismanaged/ignored the aspirator during most of the hour-long surgery, and I finally had to move it and hold it in place myself so I wouldn't feel like I was drowning.

Consistently positive experience with Dr Ghaderi and her staff. I had a gum graft, and healing process has been very smooth. As importantly, the communications and clarity have been excellent. Front office is friendly and proactively communicative, and Dr Ghaderi was very clear with what to expect from the procedure and healing process.

Horrible experience with Nikta Ghaderi!!! I was referred to her by my primary dentist to get 2 implants and crown lengthening on 6 front teeth done. The best she was able to accomplish is one implant without complications, the rest was nightmare.. First was the crown lengthening: out of 6 teeth that she did, two came out ok, the rest needed correction, which she told me, she will do at no additional cost later on. However, when the time came, I received a call from their office, stating that they will be happy to extend the same quote that they provided originally to get the procedure done again. I guess, I was expected to pay over 7k again for exactly the same procedure just because.. On the same teeth.. and she couldn't even guarantee, that I will get the right result. Well, thankfully, I found a dentist, who was able to fix her poor job, creating a perfect gum line and did it right from the first attempt, no further corrections were needed. So apparently it was doable, as long as someone knows what they are doing. Implants: first one was done without complications. Never mind, they charged me for the bone graft (without actually doing it), that was already placed by the dentis

Dr. Ghaderi and her team are amazing! You'd never think you could look forward to going to a periodontist's office, but that was before you came here. Dr. Ghaderi is super knowledgeable and does great work. Her team is also very friendly and supportive.

Dr. Nikta Ghaderi is hands down the best periodontist. If you need to have any type of procedure done I would highly recommend going to her. She's extremely nice, supportive, and is highly knowledgable in her practice. The office staff are also extremely friendly and welcoming. 10/10!

I had an extremely severe gum recession and Dr. Ghaderi performed a gum graft procedure in order to preserve my tooth. Her work is EXCELLENT and I am so happy happy with the results. Dr Ghaderi took my recovery very seriously and did everything she could to ensure as much coverage of the root of my tooth as possible. I felt very comfortable and well taken-care-of during the entire process. Everyone at this office is incredibly kind and accommodating and I would highly recommend the entire team to anymore.

I needed a gum graft so came here and was so impressed with this office and Dr. Ghaderi. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and competent. She answered all of my questions and explained the entire process very clearly beforehand. I felt that I was in good hands the entire time. In addition, the front desk crew is amazing, friendly, and so organized (especially Silvia and Anne!). I don't live in the Bay Area anymore but I'd travel back here if I ever need more help with my gums because they were so great! It's rare to find a doctor's office so well run and with such amazing physicians.

I'd been Dr. Bartlett's patient when he owned the practice. I'd always respected his work and wasn't really prepared to make a change. However, I was delighted with Dr. Koszeghy from my first appointment. He was thorough, explained things carefully, followed up with a phone call later, and his staff were super - deep cleanings aren't "fun" but you can appreciate great results! I really recommend this practice, and Dr. Koszeghy in particular, very highly!
