Palo Alto Advanced Dentists has kept my teeth and gums healthy and happy for the past 10 years. Dr. Hamed has been professional and fully transparent about what services she was providing and what my insurance would (and would not) cover, even as my insurance provider changed multiple times.

Awful experience. It was my first visit to a dentist in the US for a tooth cleaning. I got an x-ray without any explanation or previous talk with a dentist. On top of that, my insurance was charged with several claims for services that were never performed. I complained sever times by email, and they accepted the mistake and showed intentions to fix it. Unfortunately, several months later, it seems that the problem was never solved and they charged the insurance for those services.
