My tween had her orthodontic treatment at Clearwave, omg what a fabulous experience for her. The staff and the doctor are phenomenal. They have excellent communication. It is super easy to get information via. I prefer text and I was accommodated completely. The made my daughter feel comfortable at every visit. She looked forward to the visits and the professional staff. U highly recommend for all orthodontic treatments.

It’s hard to fully express my gratitude and appreciation for Dr. Jinny. Dr. Jinny is both exceptionally caring and exceptionally talented. As a doctor myself — and with my mother having been a dentist — I truly believe she is an elite-level orthodontist. My treatment plan involved preparation for double jaw surgery, though I ultimately decided not to proceed with surgery for personal reasons. Throughout the process, her technical ability, attention to detail, and depth of knowledge were obvious. She was also very patient as I asked countless questions and changed my mind several times along the way. From my extensive research and personal experience, I believe Dr. Jinny is among the most skilled and experienced providers in airway-focused orthodontics in the country. Whether someone is pursuing MMA, MARPE/palatal expansion, mandibular advancement appliances, or other airway-oriented treatment, Dr. Jinny is a phenomenal choice.

I just completed my Invisalign treatment with Clearwave Orthodontics after about two years, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in my progress. Every visit was smooth and efficient, and they always took the time to explain each step of the process so I felt informed and confident throughout my treatment. Scheduling was flexible, and the staff was consistently friendly and welcoming, which made a long-term commitment like this much easier. Most importantly, I’m extremely satisfied with my results. We had such a great experience at ClearWave Orthodontics! We came in for an initial consultation and were so impressed from start to finish. They provided complimentary scans and X-rays, which made the process feel thorough and thoughtful right away. The doctor took the time to clearly explain the recommended treatment plan and, more importantly, why it was the best approach. I especially appreciated the explanation of how the width of the palate impacts not just teeth alignment, but also nasal passages—something I hadn’t considered before and found really insightful. The entire office staff was warm, welcoming, and professional, which made the visit even more comfortable. Overall, it was a really positive experience, and we’re feeling confident and excited to move forward with treatment here!
