Could not be more disappointed. They were so nice upon entering and then things fell apart. I went in for basic X-rays and a teeth cleaning, (I'm not having any dental problems but its been about 1.5 yrs since my last cleaning.) After 1 hr and 30 mins the only thing that happened was X-rays, and never got a cleaning. After the x-ray(30 minutes in) I was told no cavities but that I needed a deep cleaning, specially molded teeth trays to use "everyday" with a product for 15 mins at home, and every 3 months, teeth cleanings from now on. I ask why 3 months when theres nothing wrong with my teeth and how much is all of this going to cost ,and she says "the lady at the front will be right in to tell me"- never happened!! I waited 35- 40 minutes was completed ignored, so I got up to tell them I had to go to work, got there at 1:55 and now its 3:30p. They say well its going to take 2 weeks to even get authorization from insurance for all the items?? They haven't even given me a price and I've not agreed to anything and teeth are still not touched. They say they will have the manager call me right away with info- well that was 4 days ago. I even gave them one more chance before this review

Wonderful experience! Erica was so kind and friendly, and Dr. Sarah did my cleaning with great care and patience. The entire office has a happy, welcoming vibe, and everyone was professional and pleasant. I’m glad I found this office and would definitely recommend it!

My visit was very pleasant and easy. The staff were very friendly. Big shout out to Ericka (teeth x-ray tech) & Tony (who did my dental cleaning), they are very good at their job <3

Not only will they fraudulently charge you for procedures they didnt even perform, they will bully and mistreat you if you question it! Most dentist offices dont charge for 3D images, but this office charges $300. Office manager Yolanda charged me $1200 for 4 scans that were never done. I asked for my CareCredit account to be adjusted and they said too bad take it to corporate. BUT CORPORATE IS JUST AS CORRUPT!!! A manager by the name of Kim lied and said I'd get $ back and then ghosted me. When I complained with Anthem Dental another corporate named Natalie said if I didnt shut about the $1200 they were going to refuse to see me for an oral surgery I had been waiting 3 months to have. Natalie also straight up lied and said she would email me proof of my "adjustment", but never did, because they HAVE NO PROOF! So extortion and blackmail is how they deal with clients. I am either taking these folks to civil court or filing an independent medical review (probably both) because after 6 months of fighting for my $1200, I stand by integrity and principles and will not let these predators and their corporate greed win.

You ever go to a business annoyed and come back feeling good with a smile on your face? I never did until now. I just had a temporary crown put on my tooth the day before and was told that the crown would come in two weeks, ok fine, no problem, well big problem the temporary crown broke the day after it was put in, I was really annoyed, not only did I take time off the day before, now I have to take more time off to fix this problem. I called the dentist office and thank goodness they could take me the same day. I got to the dentist office still a bit miffed, even the receptionist asked if I was ok. I said fine. Well in come Hattie, to take my appointment. Didn’t really think anything of it, however when I sat down she put me in such great ease with her pleasant disposition and our conversation about work and life made me feel very comfortable. Certain people are just happy and it’s contagious. In addition she explained to me in detail what she was doing and how she was fixing the problem that I had and putting in a thicker temporary crown hoping it will hold better until my permanent crown comes. After the procedure I couldn’t help but point out how she has such a nice and ca
