Im so happy with my orthodontic treatment! My teeth used to bother me a lot, but now they’re straight and I finally have a smile I love. She did an amazing job and made the whole experience comfortable. Highly recommend

Dr. Maung is an exceptional orthodontist. She works with both adults and children. It’s clear she genuinely loves what she does—she’s highly knowledgeable, extremely detail-oriented, and looking to achieving the best results. She isn’t truly satisfied until both she and her patients are completely happy. She was especially careful with my treatment because some of my teeth have short roots, so treatment had to be slower. She is also very gentle, unlike other dentists, which made a big difference in my experience. She has advanced technology such as 3D scans instead of traditional molds which is way more comfortable. She is very friendly, her office is clean, and her staff is so welcoming. Scheduling is so easy, and her flexible hours make appointments convenient. On top of that, she also referred me to an excellent periodontist and cosmetic dentist, showing how much she prioritizes patient’s comprehensive care. I am extremely happy I chose her as my dentist and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to improve their smile!

Updating my review, had to edit the previous one since it wouldn't all fit. I have been referred to a periodontist by my regular dentist. They were concerned that my gums have never healed as a result of treatment with Maung. More money out of my pocket that I should not be paying. INFURIATING considering I asked Maung to trim the trays, voicing my concern over how inflamed and receded my gums had become, but she refused to trim them. It was her responsibility as my orthodontist to monitor the health of my gums and respond to my requests to avoid foreseeable damage. I will now have to undergo a procedure to try and fix the damage she caused.This is a never ending nightmare that has resulted in permanent damage. I get depressed everyday looking at my front teeth. I feel self conscious and embarrassed knowing that people can see the marks and indents. I hate smiling in photos now. I would have sued, had the statute of limitations not run out. She had originally told me that she would pay for the damage caused to the enamel, I have not seen a dime. The fact that she has gotten away with providing negligent treatment, lied about procedures, stolen from me and Delta Dental, ruined my g

I cannot say enough about the excellent experience we had with Dr. Vivian Maung and Ping , the gentleman who assisted us on the phone and welcomed us in the office. Our daughter had a minor but painful incident with her braces and we were visiting the area, when other practices I called either “wouldn’t touch” (exact words) our daughter since she wasn’t a patient there or wanted to charge us a ridiculous amount for her to be seen, Ping returned my call from a message I left, this was also on a Saturday - was so friendly and accommodating by getting our daughter attended to, that afternoon. Upon arriving to he office, we were welcomed by Ping and Dr. Maung and our daughter was taken care of immediately. It’s excellent care and hospitality like this that make a 5 star practice. If we lived in this city we would most definitely be ongoing patients of Dr. Maung! Thank you, Thank You, Thank you 🙏🏼

I am so happy with everyone at Maung Orthodontics. After visiting multiple offices I knew immediately this was the place for us. Dr. Maung is a perfectionist and it is evident in every aspect including but not limited to the care, treatment results, and office professionalism. I decided to get treatment myself after shortly after my children started their braces.
