This office set the bar for what a truly exceptional healthcare experience should look like. Maite at the front is so welcoming & organized. Isabella, RN, was incredible. She was thorough, attentive, and had a way of explaining things that was both professional and calming. And then there's Dr. Judith Erickson simply outstanding. She listened without rushing, asked the right questions, and made sure I fully understood everything before I left. Her expertise is evident. She treats patients like people, not appointments.

If you have all the time in the world, then you can come here. My appointment was at 10 o’clock. I went there at 9:45 fill out the form and everything but waited till 11:30 and still there was no sign of doctor

My experience with this clinic was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. First, my appointment was canceled because the doctor was sick. When I later needed care for a post-surgical wound, I was told there were no available appointments for more than a month. Only after insisting and explaining my situation was I given a same-day appointment. However, when I arrived, I discovered that the appointment had never actually been scheduled. What was most frustrating was the attitude of both the staff and the doctor. I was not asking for a complex procedure or medication; I simply needed my gauze changed because the itching under the bandage had become unbearable. Instead of trying to help or finding a solution, they simply told me they could not do it and that I should return to the surgical center. It gave the impression that no one wanted to take responsibility or make even the smallest effort to help a patient in need. The lack of organization, poor communication, and unwillingness to assist demonstrate a very low standard of care. I had an appointment at 10:30am and never received any confirmations so I called at 10am to confirm and they confirmed it. When I got to the clinic, they told me they tried calling but my line was showing “busy” and even attempted to call in front of me but it just beeped (my phone was not busy and doesn’t filter calls out so it should’ve gone through which means it’s an issue with the phone) and she made no other attempts to contact. Very unprofessional to try and cancel the DAY OF the appointment an hour ahead and no other attempt to let me know. I made this appointment a month ahead of time since it was my only free day today and the doctor didn’t even bother to show up.

I became a patient late last year, my feedback isn’t for the doctor but for the front desk staff and whoever schedules the appointment over the phone. My first appointment I was accused of refusing to take a photo (that nobody asked me to take) by one of the front desk ladies, I was waiting to be seen and instead asking to take a photo to have on file she accused me of refusing? My second issue was that after I scheduled an appointment on the app, I received a phone call shortly after telling me I did something wrong,I asked for an explanation and instead of telling me the system double booked me, she blamed me the patient for scheduling a date and time at my convenience. After I called her out and said them double booking was not my fault she ignore me and offered to book a new appointment to which I agreed. My last and final straw was that I received a message stating my appointment was being switched because of the weather in the area, I called to confirm and the guy I spoke to kept being rude and interrupting me while I asked questions and even told me I should let him finish while he rushed through the details for my appointment, after that I decided I no longer wanted to be s
