Our experience at the hospital was truly exceptional from the moment we arrived until the day we went home. Every doctor, nurse, and staff member treated our family with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. The Labor & Delivery and Postpartum teams were absolutely incredible. They took amazing care of both my wife and our baby, making sure we were comfortable, informed, and supported every step of the way. As first-time parents, we had so many questions, and every nurse was patient, encouraging, and genuinely happy to help. They never made us feel rushed and always took the time to teach us and reassure us. The care our baby received was outstanding, and the postpartum care for my wife was equally exceptional. We truly felt that everyone cared about our well-being, not just as patients but as a family. Bringing our daughter into the world is a memory we will cherish forever, and this hospital played a huge part in making it such a positive experience. We are incredibly grateful to the entire team for their dedication, compassion, and outstanding care. Thank you for helping us welcome our healthy baby girl into the world—we will never forget your kindness.

Took my mother to the emergency room in June 2026. The lead nurse in charge was amazing! Very attentive and proactive. The nurse assigned to my mother was total opposite. When the machine started beeping the charge nurse was there without having to call her. The assigned nurse was called and mentioned to let it beep. It will do that!!! Even after being instructed by the charge nurse to call it in if no one shows up in case they get busy! She was even upset because the charge nurse would show up and attend my mother….rudely telling her if she wanted to just take over her patient. Worst part of our visit was trying to rush my mother out of the hospital, trying to make her walk out of there knowing that she was drowsy from all the morphine and the other strong pain meds given to my mother. I told her she couldn’t walk well and needed to be wheeled out. She brought the chair and had me wheel her out! Horrible! The quality of this hospital has really declined. Used to be one of the best in the area!

I cannot recommend Medical City Las Colinas enough to anyone looking for an exceptional birthing experience. I was under the care of Dr. Holcomb, and she is truly incredible—patient, compassionate, and always willing to listen to my needs and preferences. From the very beginning, I felt respected, supported, and involved in every decision regarding my care. My goal was to have an unmedicated birth, and the labor and delivery team went above and beyond to help me achieve it. Every nurse made sure my wishes were heard and honored, while also providing the encouragement and reassurance I needed throughout labor. When I reached moments where I thought I couldn’t continue, they were right there beside me, offering support, guidance, and confidence that helped me keep going. A special thank you to Mary, Sabrina, Hope, Wendy, Jacqueline, and the many others whose names I may have forgotten. Each person played a role in making this one of the most positive and empowering experiences of my life. The care they provided to both me and my baby was truly outstanding. I had the most wonderful care and stay at Medical City Las Colinas. Dr. Holcomb is the amazing, truly caring and has wonderful bedside manner. The nurses and hospital staff were wonderful as well, very caring and extremely attentive. I couldn’t have asked for a better birthing experience.

My visit at Medical City Las Colinas was very good. They were welcoming and this helped a lot since I was over six hours away from home. I stayed overnight and the staff was very friendly and helpful with me in the procedures that I had. I encourage others to choose this hospital and staff. I didn't know much about them before I came, but I learned it was a great choice and I would definitely choose it again!
