I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Baylor Scott & White urgent care location in Irving. I arrived with what turned out to be a sprained ankle along with significant injuries to both knees. Despite being in considerable pain and having walked into the clinic on my own, I was told they could not see me because they were "fully booked." At the time, there was only one person in the waiting area. I asked if there was any possibility of being worked in due to my condition and was told no. I was directed to the Grand Prairie location instead. While I was at the Irving clinic, a medical representative who saw my condition expressed surprise at what was happening and commented on how much pain I appeared to be in. It was obvious that I was seriously injured and struggling to walk. After discussing the situation with my friend, who was driving me, we decided that since we did not know of another nearby urgent care, we would make the trip to Grand Prairie. When I returned to the desk and requested an appointment because I wanted assurance that I would actually be seen, the response I received was dismissive and unhelpful. I just have to express my gratitude and appreciation for the staff at Baylor. Specifically RN Gloria on the 3rd floor in the progressive care unit. She has been such a light, keeping my dad laughing and in good spirits. I am SO thankful for her! Every doctor, nurse, even the wonderful custodians have been so kind and such a pleasure during this difficult situation.

The doctors and staff at Baylor Community Clinic literally saved my life. And still are to this day. The Doctors and staff are all wonderful, I thank God daily for all they have done for me and continue to do for me. Dr Renika Thompson. Dr Branden Snyder. All the wonderful nurses and staff.
