10/10 would recommend ACE Endodontics every time! The customer service was spectacular. Iris at the front desk made sure to make me feel at ease, and was extremely kind. Mason (the dental assistant) was super friendly. I told him I had dental anxiety and he ensured to create a safe and calming space. The X-rays were quick and easy. I was even offered a blanket! The ambience was great! It was super clean, and felt like a professional environment. They had great equipment, and offered refreshments and coffee as well at the door. I went in for tooth pain. The dentist Dr. Andrea was beyond friendly as well. She ran tests and made sure to communicate effectively and kindly. I was very nervous about coming here, bc I’ve been going to the same dental office for about 10 years now, and they referred me here for an issue they couldn’t quite resolve. Thankfully, I didn’t need a procedure done, but Dr. Andrea and Masons tips and tricks definitely have helped. Dr. Andrea Fenton, Assistant Janett, and Iris were absolutely incredible. I was terrified of getting a root canal due to a previous negative experience elsewhere, but they made sure I was comfortable before even starting the procedure. They made the entire experience as pleasant as possible, and I didn’t feel any pain at all. They were also informative and very friendly. I’m no longer scared to experience a root canal procedure anymore especially if it’s with them. I am incredibly grateful for such exceptional service!!

A++ Just wanted too say, if you are in need of a awesome Endodontics for a root canal procedure this is the place to go. Janett, Chris, and Dee took great care in seeing everything went smoothly. Fantastic experience with Dr Fenton! She is so intelligent and explained everything in great detail. I had never gone to her, but my husband needed an Endodontic Dentist that same day and I’m so glad that our dentist recommended her! All of her staff was also very helpful and friendly too! Janett, Iris and Dee were very welcoming!

I had a root canal done at Ace Endodontics in the Heights, and I can honestly say it was a far better experience than I ever expected. I was extremely anxious going in, but Dr. Andrea was incredibly kind, reassuring, and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to make me feel comfortable and at ease, which made a huge difference. Tori, my dental assistant, was wonderful—calm, supportive, and professional the entire time. On the administrative side, Amber and Dee made everything seamless. Scheduling was easy and straightforward, and they were both friendly and helpful at every step. The entire team was professional and very intentional about making the experience feel routine and manageable, which really helped ease my anxiety. I’m so grateful for the level of care I received and would highly recommend Ace Endodontics to anyone who might be feeling nervous about a procedure like this.
