Dr. Ganesh Galara and his team were truly amazing. I had been extremely nervous for days before my root canal because I had a very traumatic experience with another specialist. During that previous appointment, the anesthesia did not work properly, I was in a lot of pain, and I ended up having a panic attack and stopping the procedure completely. Someone recommended Dr. Galara to me, and I honestly feel that recommendation was a blessing. I arrived at his office very anxious and kept explaining that my tooth had been very difficult to numb before. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and supportive from the moment I arrived. What impressed me most was Dr. Galara’s expertise and confidence. When I told him again that the previous specialist could not get my tooth numb, he simply told me, “I have my own tricks for anesthesia, so don’t worry.” And he was absolutely right. My procedure lasted almost four hours, and I could hardly believe it because I was so relaxed. I did not feel pain at any point. Had a root canal done and was a little anxious about my appointment, but Dr Garala explained everything step-by-step, made sure I was completely numb and comfortable, and the procedure itself was painless and no pain afterwards. Dr. Garala took the time to show me my X-ray, explain why I needed the treatment, and answer my questions. During the procedure I felt no pain-just a little pressure and he continually checked to make sure that I was comfortable. Post-op instructions were clear and my recovery has been smooth only a little soreness. I recommend Dr.Garala for anyone needing endodontic care.

I highly recommend Dr. Patel! I was very anxious because I’ve never had a root canal before, but Dr. Patel explained the procedure, and reassured me there wouldn’t be any pain. He was right! I think the little pokes of Novocaine were probably the worst part?! Not bad at all! The office staff was very friendly and informative. I know where I’m going if I ever need another root canal!!

Dr. Garala is a smooth operator in the best sense of the phrase. He did a thorough evaluation and treatment. His staff are friendly and helpful. His assistant during the procedure was on point. You can tell they’ve done root canals many many many many many times. Nobody wants to get a root count done, but if you must, this team is trustworthy.

Dr Garala and his staff are excellent. Friendly and professional. Dr Garala makes sure you know what is happening every step of the way during the procedure. Makes so very sure that you are not uncomfortable. Hard job. He and his team are the best.
