I was very fortunate to have come to trueroot for my root canal procedure. Dr morales and her knowledgeable assistant ms Mercy were exceptional. Root canal no problem. I think i slept thru most of it. Her front office manager Iris was very professional and welcoming. 5 🌟

Dr. Morales, and staff Iris and Mercy are excellent in what they do, professionally and personally. I was referred by primary Dentist and was scheduled to get a root canal at TrueRoot Endo. The office is very clean and all of them are very accommodating. I’m not really a fan of dentists especially root canals but Dr Morales did her job very well. I had done root canals in the past but at TrueRoot they give you a special treatment from the time I scheduled my appointment to the accommodations they gave me when I really need it badly and were able to squeezed me in prior to my appointment coz of the pain I’m having, thank you Iris for initiating the appointment process. Mercy made me feel comfortable once inside the room, a blanket and something to watch before and during the treatment, the numbing thing was done and didn’t even feel the pain during the root canal process nor after. I feel very comfortable especially the massage on my cheek by Mercy while Dr Morales is doing the treatment. And showed me xrays of my tooth before and after treatment with detailed explanations. 5 stars definitely doesn’t tell the entire story. From checking in, evaluations, scheduling, and procedure; everything was very organized and accommodating. I was able to schedule everything on my own time (work) and never felt pressured. For the procedure itself, it was a peaceful setting with tons of small quality of life amenities like movies, weighted blankets, headphones, and even a neck pillow. I never felt out of the loop and actually asked personally to do some of the checks twice to calm myself down a bit and they were super understanding. My only complaint I guess is that they only do root canals! Would love to do the entire dentistry with them.

I am extremely satisfied with the root canal treatment I received from Dr. Kala Morales at TrueRoot Endodontics Clinic. From the initial evaluation, Dr. Morales demonstrated extensive knowledge, utilizing modern technology and advanced microsurgical expertise. Her professionalism and proven track record immediately gave me a great sense of confidence. The procedure itself was remarkably comfortable—I felt completely relaxed and did not experience any pain during the treatment. Even more impressive, I had no significant discomfort afterward, which is exceptional for a root canal. The staff was equally attentive and caring, even following up the next day to check on my progress. I highly recommend this practice, and especially Dr. Kala Morales, for anyone in need of endodontic care.

My husband was sent here as a referral from our dentist. The staff and Doctor's treatment was top tier. Iris was very helpful and kind on clarifying the process of our insurance and the next steps for my husband. So happy we were recommended here!
