I see Orlando Ortiz PA and I am extremely happy. He takes his time to listen and really cares about my concerns. He is straight forward and honest. I am happy with him and the office. Never met the guy who makes my referrals but he is amazing as well.Anytime I had a problem with my referrals, he was quick to help me and redirect my referrals, where I needed to go. The nurses are great, caring and also listen, and I never had a problem with the.girls at the front . I’m extremely happy . Going to the doctor's office is actually ENJOYABLE LOL.

I was misled by the person who initially answered my call. 2 or 3 times before my appointment someone called to get all my medical info and whe I arrived I had to do it all over, 11-13 pages of information that is no even relevant (have you had sex with someone that used condom?, 4-5 questions abaut cocain, amphetamines, marihuana, heroin, etc., possiblepower of attorneyif something happened to me???). The nurse was very nice but the Doctor was short and did not really address my concern (lack of sleep). He wanted to referred me to a spicoligist for several session, I explained I had no money. What a waste of time and $160, the easiest money he made in 10 minutes. This is the reason the community does not trust these so call doctors.

You know I saw Ilene or Irene for years. She always helped me n was good to me. Today she showed that I’m nothing. Not important n didn’t even give me the time of day to care. I told her I need help im really struggling and she treated me poorly im not happy. After all these years. Today was unacceptable and unexpected. I will be changing drs after this

My last appointment was over a month ago. Doctor gave me a prescription for Ensure nutrition drinks. I told him at the time they have to be pre-authorized by insurance. He told me he will contact me in a few days when it is authorized to come pick up the prescription slip. I stopped by to get the prescription slip. Tried to take it to get it filled at my pharmacy it was not pre-authorized was not sent into my insurance. I contacted them immediately they said they would have it pre-authorized I asked why did they lie to me and say it was already and had me waste my time to come pick up the prescription slip when it wasn't even pre-authorized. I contacted my insurance to see if they sent it over they did not. My insurance contacted them with me on three-way and their attitude completely changed. Said they would send it over immediately. It's going on 3 weeks now from that point and they still have not responded in sending over the necessary requirements for the prescription to be filled and authorized. I call every other day requested to speak to a manager they tell me the manager will contact me back I have not received one phone call from the manager this whole time. The lady that

The doctors here are great but good lord the lady that usually always answers the phone with a small accent, has by far the worst Attitude and never has any answers to any questions asked. I'm not sure how she's still working here? Or why they still have her answering the phone. I wouldn't be surprised if people change there doctors just because of her. And if im correct im pretty sure she's the one that also takes vitals
