I am victim of the Eaton Fire in Altadena, after moving 9 times, we bought a house in Fontana. I was feeling pain and since I am in a process for my new health insurance I was scared about paying a lot in this moment for my health. I explained to my neighbor about my situation, she refer to me this Fontana Clinica Medica, I am very happy because they are very nice persons, they did my lab exams immediately and the Doctor explained very well what I have. I pay very reasonable prices. I really appreciate their help and I recommend them absolutely.

I absolutely love this place. Dr. Ramirez is an awesome doctor. He shows compassion and cares for his patience. The staff with the patient well with customer service I would recommend this place to my family and friends.❤️

Had an appointment for 1pm had three people in the lobby in front of me visibly; one person went in, one person stepped outside and the third person left, lastly was me; the receptionist informed me that I would be next but that was at 1:30pm I waited patiently until 2:30pm and I went again to the receptionist and I told them I'd be leaving since I've been waiting since 1pm (that was a scheduled appointment) she looked at me confused and then over at the three nurses who were in the little room at the left and I became annoyed and left. There was no urgency,there was no explanations and then they ask me if I'd reschedule? Like no! I'm sorry but at least communicate with your patients like I'm sorry for the delay we are short staffed and only one available doctor or at least tell me in advance hey wait time is at least an hour but no I got nothing. I was tired of waiting if and hungry I was there since 1pm I left my house at 12:30 plus it was a physical for my 1yr old do keep in mind if they would have called me 2:30 I wouldn't be out until 3:30pm and me and my son would have not eaten until 4pm

I don't know why people complain about this place I haven't had a problem with them. It's like any other clinic so many people get sick so a long wait is always a must.... the doctor was friendly and knew exactly what I had he prescribed the right medicine for me and in a matter of a short time I felt better again thanks to him. I don't know what all the fuzz is all about. now at the moment I'm not feeling to well but unfornmtunaly I don't have insurance and consultation is $30 which I don't have at the moment but I'm looking forward to pay a visit to them soon.
