At first i was super happy with my experiences coming here and then i wasnt im so mad i still have to process the experience i was called the other day to confirm an appointment that was made previously and i asked to be removed from their data base and to have the manager or supervisor call me so i could discuss what happened and guess what? Nope they didn’t call. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TO NOT GO HERE … EVER

Great Experience I had a wonderful experience with West Coast Dental of Rancho Cucamonga. Booking appointments was easy, and I really appreciated the reminders before each appointment. Dr. Kim was very nice, professional, and straightforward. I had four appointments, and I was very happy with the work and care I received. Everything was quick, smooth, and handled professionally. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend West Coast Dental of Rancho Cucamonga.

I came in for a cleaning and left with a bloodied mouth and still dirty teeth. My appointment was at 3 and i was seen at 3:35 so not bad typical, but i got back and when i asked for the teeth cleaning the dentist came back to do it he started cutting my gums with the metal hook. It hurt so bad water was going all over my face and clothes and all over my glasses. I’m never coming here again despite my insurance covering it in full id rather pay.

Based on a cleaning, root canal and crown I'm quite happy with them and the work they have done. The staff is very good at what they do and seem to have a great camaraderie which bodes well for the business culture. Dental issues are explained completely and plainly with treatment plans presented without being pushy. They have answered all my questions and have been very accommodating with scheduling. They make good use of technology without feeling gimmicky. I definitely recommend them.

Karen is very unprofessional Absolutely horrible experience at West Coast Dental in Rancho Cucamonga on Day Creek and Baseline. I was quoted one price, then they changed the promised price later and tried adding extra charges. They also worked on the wrong side of my mouth after giving me a numbing shot, which is completely unacceptable. After I complained, they tried forcing me to pay additional fees and taxes. I came back to have the work properly finished, but because my insurance transferred to COBRA, they denied treatment and left me with a gaping hole in my tooth, creating a medical emergency. I had already paid $400 and received no proper completed work. It got so bad I had to contact corporate and even call the sheriff just to file a complaint and document the situation. Now I’m preparing to take them to small claims court to recover my money. This place caused unnecessary pain, stress, and an emergency situation instead of providing proper dental care. I would strongly warn others to be very careful before trusting them with your dental work.
