I was in a great deal of pain when I came in, and for good reason. I had a severe infection and had to have a root canal right then and there. Needless to say, that was frightening to hear, but both Dr. Ali and his assistant were SO VERY CARING in explaining, and executing each and every step in a PRECISE and GENTLE way! I’m SO grateful to Dr. Ali and ALL the staff for treating me (a Senior Citizen) as a ‘Person’ and not just ‘Next-up Please’. Thank you RC Endodontics you “Made certainly “Made a Difference to me”!

I had a great experience with Dr. Patel and the staff. Dr. Patel did a retreatment on an old root canal, and I couldn’t have asked for better care. He had a great bedside manner, explained everything throughout the entire process, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The numbing was excellent — I never felt a thing. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming, and the office was extremely clean. I would 100% recommend Dr. Patel and this office to anyone needing endodontic care.

I had a great experience here. At first, I honestly wanted to run out of the place because I was so scared, but the root canal ended up being painless and much more comfortable than I expected. Dr. Parmar and her assistant Savannah both helped me understand everything and made sure I felt at ease the whole time. Evelyn was very friendly and helpful throughout the visit as well. I’m definitely not scared of coming here anymore and would highly recommend this office!

The mere mention of a root canal can strike apprehension in your heart but I learned that doesn’t always have to be the case. The team of Dr Patel and Asma gave me such a good experience. They were both so considerate and reassuring. Dr. Patel told me in detail what he would be doing. Both he and Asma anticipated my every need, they worked quickly and efficiently with top notch equipment and it didn’t take nearly as long as I thought it would. Very little discomfort and a quick recovery. I’ll never go anywhere else. Thank you to the whole office.
