I went to Dr Vontela because I was told this place is great. But when I went for my daughter’s first check up, I was informed that she had two cavaties and then we got a referral from her to the children’s choice in Antioch? Apparently she doesn’t do dental work. I came to the appointment she referred me to and it was just as bad. So now, I don’t recommend either place. What a waste of time. Thank you Mrs Vontella.

It's is very rare for me to give a review but when I give a review either it's extremely good or extremely bad. In this case this review is extremely bad. I've been dealing with Dr Rekha Vontela for a while now and her character is very prejudice. Dr Rekha Vontela also subcontracted an outside dentist to do some dental work for me and my wife because she doesn't have the skill to do the real work just cleaning, and that dentist she subcontracted drilled holes in my teeth and did not do the work right. It was if he was doing it on purpose or he didn't know what he was doing. My wifes dental work was also done wrong. Within the same day I had to come back and get something fixed because it was not done right. My fillings came out and my teeth ended up in worse condition and I had to get a root canal. The same with my wife, her teeth ended in worse shape. On top of all of that her staff is incompetent and that makes me believe that if her staff is incompetent that means Dr Rekha Vontela is incompetent. There are good dentists and there are bad dentists and she is a bad dentists that hustles her clients for money. Most Doctors take pride in their work, Dr Rekha Vontela does not, she ta

my father in-law traveling to usa on a vacation/tourist, recently he picked-up a swell, pain on a tooth of a previously done dental root canal treatment, and thankfully we happen to seek urgent diagnosis here and gracefully dr.vontela not only accommodated our rush request, she sacrificed from her own time-off, we are super graceful to see her because through the quick imaging, in-person examination she immediately was able to find source of problem, what should be done right, severity of getting treated soon or not, or interim measures to keep in control so he can get it done when we returns back home. once again thanks a lot dr.vontela and we are impressed your attention to care. After neglecting our care from other pleasanton dental place but finally we recently found a great dentist in fremont but then yours is equally great so slowly for surely will consider transfer ourselves to you.

Good morning Dr Vontela. You are the best dentist I have ever met in my life in USA. Since the first day I came to 3737 Lone Tree Way Suite F Antioch ca 94509. And by the way one of my best friends her name is Cathy asked me to try this Dentist. Dr Rekha Vontela and her staff are taking care of me and my family since then. If you need anything concerning your teeth she will let you know. If she can do it in her office she will. If not she will recommend you the best place to go to. I highly appreciate all you did and are doing for me and my family. Thank you Dr V for all your help and I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a good dentist. Very welcoming, and very gentle, everyone made me feel comfortable being my first visit. Dr. Vontela was the first person to tell me my broken tooth could be fixed with a filling instead of just pulling it and she did provide me new information on my teeth. Overall a wonderful experience with them.

I had the opportunity for Dr. Vontela see my dad. She is indeed a professional. Though the first appointment wasn't successful, when my dad was seen by her, she took care of a painful wiggling tooth. The staff in the office treated him with respect. The treatment time was in a timely fashion. The environment was neat. I will recommend her for a friend. I have decided she will be my mum's dentist.

Doctor Vontela has taken care of our family since my kids had baby teeth, over 10 years now. She is very thoughtful in all aspects of treatment with lots of care and attention to detail. I cant be more pleased with her professional and courteous service. I will continue to use her services for many years to come. Thank you for many years of great service.

Dr. Rekha is wonderful!! My previous dentist at the Western Dental in Tracy told me I had 6 cavities that needed to be filled, which I later found out was a lie. They treated my children HORRIBLY!! They were NEVER on time. I would spend 3+ hours at that office and, one time i spent 6 hours waiting just to be told the dentist was tired and wanted to go home so I would have to reschedule. On my visit to Dr. Rekha, I told her my previous experience and the way they treated my children. She apologized for the way I was treated, even though she didn't even know the other dentist! My daughter has been treated with such patience and kindness. The only problem I would say I have with this office is the young lady in the front. She's been late a couple times, she's taken personal calls that were obviously not emergencies, she never smiles or greets us happily. When we try making new or follow up appointments she seems irritated and always has some issue with entering info in the computer. Other than her, we really enjoy this dentist. I HIGHLY recommend her!!!
