The best dentist in California. I have been in the USA since 1987 and no dentist was able to bring back smile in my face. Since my sister, Lesia, referred me to her Dentist a year ago, Dr Shirani has been the only dentist that really took great care of my teeth. He listened to my concerns and knew exactly what I needed. He took care of me and referred me to a specialist for treatment. After I completed my treatment, I went back to him to concentrate on my concerns. After 30 years of hating my teeth, today, 5/28/2026 at 4:00 PM. I was able to smile and love my teeth. Thank you very much to Ali Shirani, DDS. Dr. Shirani is outstanding—it had been far too long since my last dental visit, but he immediately put me at ease and assured me I’d be well taken care of. The entire staff is kind, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. This is easily my favorite dental office, and I highly recommend them.

Dr. Shiranni is by far the best dentist I have been to. A wonderful person and great staff. All are very kind and attentive. They truly care about the patient. He is very skilled at what he does minimal pain and you feel safe there. It's been a lot of work on my teeth and is gentle and fast. Your in good hands with Dr. Shiranni and his staff.
