its been up and down but for the most part their always professional and go beyond when it comes to the care of their patients Dr.L could listening a lil more on what patients tell him and instead of having his mind made up the patient and Doc should always work together in my opinion

Don't bother. All they do is medicate you. When they processed my RX the clinic sent it to the wrong pharmacy with none of my contact info. When I called to have them correct this, they refused & said it would be quicker if I did it. So I had to correct it. I never saw the counselor I was assigned to on a one-on-one basis - EVER. Despite being referred for one on one counseling. The groups they have are like being in elementary school, taking turns reading aloud. They don't have anyone specialized in childhood SA which is what I needed. The psychiatrist never followed up on the instructions she gave to the staff - EVER!! When I called in distress, I clearly stated to the receptionist that I was struggling. She was supposed to transfer me to the therapist of the day but she did not. Instead, she left a message for my counselor, stating she would call me back because she was "in session". No one called me back until the next day. I called the suicide hotline and they did nothing but transfer me back to the same clinic. Thanks but no thanks. At that point the struggle I was going through had subsided somewhat and I did not want to speak to anyone at this awful clinic. I asked them
