My sister came in for her first consultation. Some of the answers were very long during tje counseling time. The phones in the front office were ringing none stop. Only one person was in the front most of the time. We were here from 1230 to 2:30 p.m.

I had a very disappointing experience with Community Behavioral Health. When I called, the front desk staff member I spoke with was not only rude, but also appeared to be misinformed about important laws and patient rights. The information I was given was inaccurate, and it was concerning to hear policies presented in a way that suggested they override established legal rights, which is simply not the case. Seeking behavioral health support can already be a difficult and vulnerable process. Unfortunately, this interaction made it significantly more stressful and discouraging. The tone I was met with lacked empathy and professionalism, which is especially troubling for an organization that serves individuals and families in need of mental health resources. I strongly encourage Community Behavioral Health to invest in better training for their front desk and phone staff, both in customer service and in a clear understanding of applicable laws and patient rights. First points of contact matter, and no one seeking help should be met with misinformation or dismissive behavior. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future patients and families have a more supportive and info

Vicente Garcia is my therapist and since I've been with him as a client, he has helped me open up and realize what I need to work on. I'm not very easy to open up as I've had other therapists in the past, but with him, I've felt that ease and having a better understanding of what's going on with me and because of him, I've actually been able to move forward a few In my life and actually improve on a lot. Because of him, my family dynamic has improved so much that most people would not even recognize the person I am compared to who I was five years ago. I can say I'm very satisfied and honored to have the therapist that I have today

Of course I'm a patient at community health and I am highly satisfied with their services. The treatment there is great and I've bettered my condition thanks to their staff. I'm greeted nicely all the time by the pretty ladies in the front, Perla, Merlin and Norma. Also treated with a smile by Miss Stephanie who takes my vitals. I want to say thank you community health for all that you've done for me.β€οΈπ§‘πππ©΅πππ€π€π©Άπ€π©·
