My company has me on a very inconsistent schedule that makes it hard to keep an appointment. Today while taking my wife in for here appointment, they scheduled me in for a cleaning just like that same day! It really helped and showed they understand how important it is to put customers first!

staff's like kathleen, maria and myra are not good. not accommodating to the needs of their clients. my mistake to switch to this dental clinic. Doctor only saw me once and that's it. did tell my complains but they did nothing at all. they're trying to avoid their clients, they just want money! already cancelled my husband and daughter's appt with them. Very frustrated with their services. would not recommend this clinic to my family and friends here in Bakersfield.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a dental office. Staff was extremely welcoming, polite and nice. Dr Arthur Huang was amazing. Like most people, I don’t like going to the dentist, but Dr Huang made me feel as though he genuinely cared about what I was going through, and assured me the path he creates will greatly improve my smile and health. Would highly recommend Valley Grace Dental to anyone who suffers with anxiety while going to the dentist.

I want to start off with a thank you to the doctor and to the assistant that made me feel comfortable and special(never got her name) the doctor explained everything properly, the assistant never left my side, she made me laugh and overall made me feel like going through this process is possible. I’ve had a lifetime of poor oral hygiene and now we turn it around. From extractions to implants and bridges in between. They made this easy and comfortable. Thank you for saving my confidence and my health for time to come. I’m very grateful. Before and after pictures will be added on my post review.

Brought my 93yr old mom to see about dentures. The staff was so caring and took their time with her. Dr. Arthur Houng was EXCELLENT! He was careful to answer all of our questions and explained her options. I would highly recommend this office! Thank you
