I really appr3ciate the s3nse of urgency to get the kids being attended in a timely manner. A huge plus i appreciate is being spoken to in the convenience of the consulting room where the whole office doesnt hear whats going on. And appts being scheduled when convenient for me and the kids schedule.

Booked a appointment for 2/3 of my kids super easily over the phone! Day of we were able to schedule all 3! The whole staff from check in to treatments were super sweet and patient with my kids! Doctor was able to check my 1 year old no problem without forcing them! Very clean environment and tv for the little ones! I’m super happy with how everything turned out! Definitely choosing hacienda kids dental!

Hacienda dental was honestly the best experience I have ever encountered in Bakersfield..... My daughter had a horrible tramatizing visit with smileland 4 years ago and she suffers from severe anxiety with dentist .But the staff and doctor at hacienda where awesome and she made it thru the whole appointment with no issues what so ever . 💯% highly recommend them . We had such a wonderful experience at this dental office! My husband and I brought our one year old in for his first appointment and from the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. They were incredibly patient, kind, and gentle with him, which made all the difference. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we felt confident about our son’s care. You can truly tell they care about their patients, especially little ones. The office was clean, organized, and ran smoothly, which we really appreciated as parents. We’re so grateful we found a place we can trust for our family’s dental care. Highly recommend!

I took my four kids to Hacienda Kidz Dental for the first time and had such a great experience. Previously, I had taken my kids to another dental office where everything felt chaotic—there were constantly raffles, promotions, and different things being pushed, and I always felt like they were trying to sell me on every possible treatment just to bill my insurance. It honestly left me feeling overwhelmed. A staff from my kids’ preschool recommended Hacienda Kidz Dental, and the experience was the complete opposite. The office was very clean and had a calm, relaxed environment. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly sweet and helpful from the moment we walked in. When they called my kids back, I went with them and was really impressed by how clean and organized everything was. The staff was wonderful with the kids and made all four of mine feel comfortable right away. The dentist was a young, energetic guy who you could tell genuinely cares about working with kids. What I really appreciated was how he leveled with my kids. He spoke to them in a way they understood and made them feel comfortable and at ease the entire time.
