I had such a hard time at this place. Multiple times they tried charging me whatever they wanted, not following the insurance copays. I had to take in my benefit book to show them the appropriate costs as a member. One particular doctor, Boghosian has an attitude and anger issues. She tore side of my mouth forcing it to open beyond capacity. The only two people that are nice are Claudia and Stefanie. Please whatever you do, make sure you understand what your copays are, even then they will argue with you and NEVER pick this doctor. She should not be practicing with so much rage and anger she has. She is simply horrible.

My husband and I have been coming to Valencia Dental Group for a few years. We love the care we receive starting from check-in through appt scheduling with Debbie and Sam at beginning and end. Stephanie makes the x-ray process seem so simple, as she is quick and efficient; I always feel protected with care. Joanna cleans my teeth, complimenting me on my techniques now, which she helped me to improve from my first visit with her. Dr. Boghosian is my dentist, Dr. Safarkooian is my husband’s dentist. We are both so pleased with the service and team. We feel cared for from start as we are greeted by name, through the process. I would recommend the Valencia Dental Group at Copper Hill to both friends and family! Thank you Dr. B, Joanna, Stephanie, Debbie and Sam for your vigilance in caring for my oral health!

The ladies at the front desk are friendly and professional. The dental assistants are knowledgeable and gentle. I had the best deep cleaning with the dental Hygenist, Rabia and my new dentist Dr. Ray does great work. He is not aggressive and he listens to his patients.

I’ve been coming to Valencia Group at Copper Hill for a while now and consistently have a great experience. The staff are always friendly and welcoming—thank you Debbie and Samantha for making every visit so easy. Dr. Ray and the hygienists are gentle, knowledgeable, and really focus on preventative care, which I appreciate. Appointments are easy to schedule, and everything runs smoothly. My son also had his wisdom teeth removed here with zero issues, which says a lot. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a dental office that’s professional, caring, and efficient.

I’ve been going to this dental office for a few years now, and what truly sets them apart is that they never try to upsell or push unnecessary treatments. They’re always accommodating when it comes to services and scheduling, which makes every visit easy and stress-free. They also have some of the best hygienists. I’m especially happy with my current hygienist, Joanne—she’s fantastic. In the past, I often left other dental offices feeling like everything about my dental health was wrong. Joanne, on the other hand, takes a much more encouraging approach. She provides helpful, positive feedback and motivates me to keep improving, which I really appreciate. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for honest care and a supportive experience.
