I’ve been going to this dental office for over three years now, and the experience has consistently been excellent. The staff is always friendly, professional, and welcoming. One thing I really appreciate is how organized they are — their text message reminders have been a lifesaver with my busy schedule, especially the ones they send when you’re overdue for an annual checkup. It’s a small detail, but it really shows how much they care about keeping patients on track. The office itself is easy to find with plenty of accessible parking, and it’s always clean and well-maintained. I also love the thoughtful touch of the little freebies they offer — travel-size floss, toothpaste, and toothbrushes. They come in handy more often than you’d think, especially when traveling. At my most recent visit, I had an especially positive experience with the dentist. When I asked about numbing cream (something I’ve needed in the past), she confidently explained her gentle and strategic approach and reassured me that it likely wouldn’t be necessary. She was absolutely right — for the first time, I didn’t need any numbing at all. I really appreciated how much care and attention she put into the treat

I had the BEST experience at Valencia Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. I truly felt well taken care of. The front desk team, Kelly and Lauren, were both incredibly friendly and professional. Kelly made sure I was completely at ease during my X-rays, which I really appreciated. A special thank you to Lynelle, who was so patient and thorough during my teeth cleaning. She took the time to answer all of my questions and walked me through helpful tips on how to maintain healthy teeth and gums. I felt completely relaxed and informed throughout the process. My husband and I know that we are in good hands at Valencia Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry from the moment we walk in the door. The girls at the front desk make us feel like we've been going there for years and it's so nice to be greeted with their smiles and friendly manner. They are so helpful each and every time we are there (even via Text). I love Dr. Arin and so appreciate his soft spoken manner as he explains what needs to be done. He is knowledgeable, gentle and kind. And, the shots don't hurt!!! (that's a first for me). We have never once felt rushed which means a lot to us. We highly recommend this dental office!!!
