I am writing as a family member of a student who invested 4 full academic school years and 2 years of preparation, work, hope, and substantial financial resources into this institution—only to be dismissed at the very point where meaningful support should have mattered most. What troubles me most is not the outcome alone, but the pattern that led to it. In our view, the university failed to adequately identify and support a struggling student until the end of a repeated third year. By that stage, the stakes were already enormous—academically, emotionally, and financially. Earlier intervention might have changed the trajectory entirely. After an initial failed assessment, the student was not provided with actionable feedback or meaningful remediation. Improvement requires clarity—specific guidance, measurable goals, and institutional engagement. Instead, the process felt opaque and insufficient, leaving the student to navigate critical deficiencies without the structured support one would reasonably expect from a professional academic program. I have spent over a year at this clinic attempting to complete ONE root canal service. I have spent over $1,000, and now, after waiting over a month for my crown, I'm told that my dental student has graduated, and I'll need to drive 2 hours into town again to complete a re-assessment appointment. This place has made me feel like a joke, and any attempts of patient care are negated by the constant shuffling into assessment appointments. I work 3 jobs; I really do not have the time for this. If I had known this would've played out the way that it did, I would've just saved my money and gone to an actual clinic.

All about collecting the fees! There’s no solid details, information or care. You are not a patient, you’re a tool. They do not communicate well, barely at all! It’s at least an hour wait to get to speak to someone and expect transfers! You may save a little bit, but that savings isn’t worth to me the lack of care, effort and experience. After my experiences here, I went to a real dentist and received exactly what I needed plus some and I only paid an extra $200 than I would have here. WORTH IT! This institution needs to stop seeing patients for a bit and practice some honest communication skills 😊

got my 2 bottom wisdom teeth removed by dr. grimes. whole process was easy and they charged well below a regular dentist office (under 1k for two teeth). everyone i met with was nice! 2 weeks out and no complications with my surgery. would recommend.

From the start I was lied to. Went in for my first appointment and was told when I made the appointment i'd get pricing the same day. That didn't happen, instead they said I had to come back for a comprehensive exam for $300 to get any pricing. Then on top of that they just want to push care credit high interest credit cards. Will never be back. Will never recommend
