Got a same day emergency root canal referral. Everyone was really nice. The techs were also very spoken about what might happen what I will feel and not to be afraid. I hate anything to do with my teeth which is why I was really nervous. Dr Wen was really great. Joked around to lighten up my mood. Only pain felt was just the numbing. Everything after that he always made sure I was okay. Told me everything he was going to do. Consistently asked if I needed a pause. Even after, told me after care. And if I needed anything or if the pain didn’t stop to contact and he would help.

I have to say that Connor is the best receptionist and appointment person from the very beginning of setting up to come and see one of the doctors in the office straight through to make an appointment and interacting with me. He made everything so wonderful. He was kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with I hope the doctors in the office understand what a treasure they have with him and compensate him Very well for his service

I am grateful to the doctors there who are highly skilled, kind, and, professional. I have been there 3 times seeing three different doctors. Each time I received excellent services, including the emergency one recently. My regular dentist was on vacation, they took me in promptly and had a doctor to check on me to make sure everything was OK with my temporary crown and that I didn’t need a root cannel. What a relieve and assurance they gave me when my dentist was away!

Dr. Wen and his staff are excellent. For something as not-fun as dental work, they make the experience as easy and pain-free as possible. Great at communicating while the work is being done and making sure you are as comfortable as possible. I've had two root canals with them in 3 years, if I ever have to get additional work done there is nowhere else I would consider. Highly recommend!

My experience here was not the best. I was referred for a same-day root canal because I was in pain. Right before arriving I realized the office was out of network for my insurance. I probably should’ve taken that as a sign, but I was desperate to be seen. The office felt very busy and chaotic, which wasn’t ideal as someone already stressed about dental work. After my X-ray, I was told I needed a $250 CT scan to evaluate my wisdom teeth. It didn’t really feel optional in the moment, so I agreed to it. Before any treatment started, I was handed a large bill to sign that was much higher than I expected based on my out-of-network coverage. I asked a few questions because I genuinely didn’t understand the cost, but the staff seemed rushed and impatient with me. I ended up leaving and going to an in-network office instead. They reviewed the CT scan I paid for and basically only said I’d eventually need my wisdom teeth removed, which made the scan feel unnecessary.
