I had to have an emergency root canal which I was very much dreading. I was in tons of pain! Dr. Patel had a very comforting and warm bedside manner. She explained the process thoroughly. Her staff were also warm and friendly. The office was clean, comfortable and quiet. After the referral was placed which included my insurance, billing and payment were quite easy. Hoping I don't have to ;), but....I would absolutely return to this office again.

I have never had a root canal before but Dr.Patel and her crew made the experience wonderful. Here are all the things that made this experience great: * I called in after my dentist referred me and got an appointment for examination and treatment within 2 days of calling the office * they send you a link to the forms to fill out prior to the appointment and it’s all online. * upon arrival, the dental assistant and front desk team members were super helpful, kind and prompt in getting me setup for the Doctor. * Dr.Patel thoroughly explained the process, any answered questions about the procedure * Because it was my front tooth, the procedure literally took 30 minutes!! That’s incredible!! I was in and out. And they let me listen to music while they completed the operation. Could not recommend Dr.Patel and team enough. The next day I woke up pain free!

Highly, highly recommend this place! The staff here are so kind and so responsive and they do great work. I came into this office for the first time on Monday of this week to be evaluated for a root canal and then I came in again yesterday to get my temporary crown re-cemented when it accidentally came off the other night. I have been in excruciating pain for the last 6.5 weeks since getting my temporary crowns put on from my dentist in San Carlos in mid-December. When I told my dentist there about the pain I had been experiencing, he thought I may need a root canal instead, which is why I came to Endodontic Arts in the first place, but their staff here on Monday discovered after taking x-rays and doing some tests that I actually didn't need a root canal at all, but that my original temporary crowns that my San Carlos dentist made were too high which was throwing off my bite and responsible for causing me all the pain I had been having (since getting my temporary crowns on, Ive had really intense pain from my left temple, my left jaw, and the left side of my neck and shoulder, so I've been taking 12-16 ibuprofen and 3-6 tylenol every day for the last 6 weeks, and the pain is often

Was referred to the Dr. — he took me immediately. He even had an earlier cancellation that his team was able to squeeze me in for an emergency root canal. Couldn’t have been more professional , informative -his entire front staff team was quick to respond — A+. He’s also a native San Franciscan with very impressive education. Very invested in SF

Dear Dr. Shuster and Team Mint, Clair, and Marie: I thank you from the bottom of my heart for having received me with such a positive attitude even though I was just a walk in. Mint, you were the first one to receive me with a sincere open smile, proceeding to fill out forms so that Dr. Shuster could start the consultation. Dr. Shuster, from the moment you entered the examination room, where I was already seating comfortably, you made me feel at ease about the condition of my teeth. You examined the X rays and offered me some options about the treatment, all doable. In addition, as a human being, I felt acknowledged and respected. The root canal procedure that you applied was so meticulous and sanitary that I didn't have a single drop of water on my face or clothes. From the beginning, you reassured me that I would not be in pain, and I wasn't at all during the procedure. You also set me up with headphones to listen to any music I wanted to hear. I chose Frank Sinatra, which went well with your gentle disposition, and instead of focusing on the procedure, I was in seventh heaven.
